Starbucks in Elk Grove

“Came to my local Starbucks for a quick pick me up. Ordered through the app, and my drinks were nearly done by the time I parked. The new s’mores drink is amazing, if not addicting! I really enjoy the new energizing drink as well, very refreshing.

The staff there were very kind and thoughtful when putting your drink together. The presentation is outstanding and the flavor is scrumptious!“

“The customer service at this location of Starbucks is not very satisfactory, and employees are more busy with each other chitchatting; however, they are aware of their this personal situation. They are not friendly nor rude, but they do take their customers concerns about their orders seriously. They are located at Longport CT Elk Grove, CA, also the location is pretty much big and have the capacity of a good amount of customers at the same time, especially at rash times. They do take hygiene seriously, and even ask customers do not throw trash everywhere in the store, but in the trash can. The bathrooms are clean too and not out of orders. They do offer different kind of services which are dining in,to go, delivery plus drive thru which is a good part of being able to provide or serve people. If you call they pick up the phone quickly and no holds timing over the phone, also can’t leave a voicemail for some unknown reasons. As all of you are aware of the high prices here in CA, then nothing is cheaper at Starbucks too, but if you are a penny pincher then try to get small sizes of your favorite drinks. Anyways too much bleached sugar plus unfiltered water of sink will harm your health. Yes ! They are wheelchair accessible plus the seats inside are also comfortable for having dining in. The parking lot is huge plus street parking is also available if you want to park your vehicles including the handicapped parking area. My experience was fine , and I got my drink , but it was too much sweet when I asked they said I ordered extra sweet which I never did, but anyways didn’t have time to fix the issue. I’m neutral on this question that I recommend this location of Starbucks or not. Overall not a five stars location, but they try to make it hopefully some days.👍👎“

“Shamika was AMAZING this morning even though she was slammed as the Starbucks across the street is closed for remodeling. I don’t know if they weren’t aware for scheduling, but this poor girl was alone and had a line out the door PLUS online orders. Shamika kept her cool an a huge smile on her face!!!“

“I just wanna say I went in there yesterday extremely stressed out and every single employee in their greeted me with a beautiful smile very very friendly all said good morning to me. I got my coffee perfect hot the whole 9 yards and I felt so much better when I left there that store is probably one of the most friendliest nicest stores I have ever been in and I just wanted to voice that“

“I came in for my usual non-dairy chocolate cream cold brew. They were out of the typical chocolate malt they used to make it, but it wasn't a problem as the super friendly and warm barista, Emma, was there to save the day. She was so kind and helpful. She hadn't tasted the substitute version herself yet so she decided to taste it with me so she could honestly recommend it again to other customers they are looking for the same drink. This is customer service was above and beyond. Bravo and cheers to you, Emma! You helped me remember why I loved coming into Starbucks before the mobile order app became a thing. Thank you so much!“

“The baristas were the best & very helpful & friendly. The area was very clean. Like this location being in Target which makes this location a plus for me if I need to do some shopping or if I've finished shopping & need a quick pick me up“

“Best Starbucks in Elk Grove hands down! Brand new spacious, and clean. The staff is so personable and kind; give the best recommendations. You can tell
That they genuinely care about their
Customers and their satisfaction. My drink has never been made incorrectly and anytime I want to try a new drink they go above and beyond
To make me like it . Drive through has not one but TWO!! Lanes and even during rush hours it moves so fast. I have yet to see another team work so
Cohesively during busy hours and their teamwork and communication are truly
Unmatched. The store itself is clean, organized, and has a really comfortable atmosphere whether you’re stopping in for a quick coffee or staying to work or relax for a while. Orders come out quickly, and the team handles long lines efficiently without making customers feel rushed.

I also really appreciate how kind and positive everyone is here — it genuinely makes the experience better every time I visit. Great coffee, great service, and great energy all around. Definitely my go-to Starbucks location“

“The staff is really nice and really fast. In fact I asked for a cup of water with my order and she said of course no worries. It’s clean, there is plenty of space. I have been there in the afternoon, after school and there is lot of teenagers, but you can take it go. It’s still a pretty good place to go.“

“Brought my daughter in to get breakfast and some drinks. Ary was working, she was awesome and she made my 6 year old feel so special. Thank you so much!!
You guys need to get a built in tipping system! I felt bad I couldn’t leave a tip with card.“

“This starbucks is great every single time. All the staff are so nice, I feel like if they don’t always seem the happiest it’s because they have to make difficult drinks every minute of the day and have grumpy customers in their faces. :)“

“I visited Starbucks today and met the sweetest barista. She had such a warm, genuine smile that it immediately brightened my day. The way she spoke was so kind and gentle, it made me feel truly welcome. It’s so lovely to meet people like her — she made my visit feel special.“

“Mobile order for new item iced hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso, a lil too sweet, it had 4 pumps and 1/3 decaf but the oatmilk part was great and creamy since it's non dairy. Often I get a burnt taste w decaf orders, this one barely. A quick drive thru, no issues!“

“This is the best Starbucks. The people are so nice and efficient. They are so welcoming. Today, this young man went around giving samples, and he even said our names as he went to each table. Even when I have guests visiting, they comment on how wonderful the staff is at this location. I've been coming here often after retiring to do some writing. It's a pleasant environment. Before I know it, it's been a couple hours and a refill or so, and the baristas are just as pleasant as they had been when I first walked in. They make my retirement feel the way it should be: well-spent and well-deserved.“
