“The girl working was so nice! I ordered a cookie crumble crème frap, and I didn’t know they weren’t on the menu anymore. She was soo nice and helped me figure out how to order it for next time:) it came out so pretty I took a pic like it’s 2012. She was so sweet! It’s welcoming people like that when you go out for a treat that can really make or break your day, so I’m really grateful :’)“

“I had the nicest barista helping me out she told me her name is Nichole. She nailed my drink. I can’t tell you how many times I have been to Starbucks and they can never get my drink right. Thank you nicole you did a great job I’ll be back. My new favorite Starbucks and my new favorite Coffee gal.“

“We go here 5 times a week but lately the service has gone downhill. The last 4 times I ordered for my group all their drinks are finished quickly and mine is late. 2 times they completely forgot my oatmeal. Today I ordered my drink and my husband’s coffee. I put the personal cup there for the coffee. I had to alter the stars used for the coffee from 60 to full coffee stars. They used the stars for the coffee and then erased my drink from the order. After about 10 minutes I went up and asked what happened to my drink and they said oh I thought you canceled it. I was getting frustrated from the last few times that my drinks were always late and I cried a little and they made my Matcha and everything. And then my husband heard them complaining that I was pathetic because I got frustrated and cried. I was frustrated because it’s always my drink that gets delayed or forgotten and for some reason now Cancel. They didn’t even use the personal cup for the coffee. They just left it by the register. So I don’t even think they’re giving me the stars for bringing my own personal cup.“

Today, I learned Julian came in early after being called in to help the team even after having other morning plans, this type of dedication is unmatched, the type of employee to be considered for growth positions.

I’ve witnessed Julian be consistently wonderful with customers, incredibly supportive of fellow associates, and bring great energy to the store. Employees like Julian are a big reason I keep coming back. Thank you for having someone so exceptional on your team!
