“I honestly love Starbucks ✨
The coffee is always good and I love stopping by either for drive-thru or going inside. The staff is always really nice and welcoming.

I actually had a little accident and spilled my drink, but one sweet girl immediately cleaned everything up and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. I kept apologizing and was so thankful for her kindness 🤍“

“Wow! The Baristas are doing a Fantastic job. I appreciate the way customers are greeted and they make special efforts to make the coffee as per customers choice, selection of ingredients and they are always up to the expectations. I drive to this Starbucks only to grab my favorite coffee.“

“I came in for a chocolate chip cookie because the one at 7 eleven was not good. I ended up getting two petite vanilla scones. One of the baristas just came and gave me a chocolate chip cookie on the house to replace the awful one I had at 7 eleven. Will be back for the friendly service!“

“This is review number Maestro or Maestra a few notes on the piano if you please, Three, Sahm, for this Roseville or Rose Ville of Starbucks! The guy from Sacramento hotel takes me all over Roseville or Rose Ville, the hotel knows I needing Child Friendly! Today he take me to this Starbucks! Now on an email I get message order any breakfast sandwich and something call Herbal Tea, get an extra thirty stars! He gets his pumpkin loaf, I get a sausage sandwich and something call Ice Passion Tea! Now being Asian, I not used to cold flavor teas, the gentleman helping us very patient to describe! I order the sausage sandwich and this Ice Passion Tea! It looks pink in color! Not too sweet thank goodness! As our former Governator says, if had chance, I WILL BE BACK! Yes, Governator!“

“As a private math tutor (Grades levels K through 12) and as a State of California Credentialed Math Teacher in the local community, I have had the amazing opportunity to tutor with many of my students on a 1 to 1 level at this convenient Starbucks location and socially catch up with my friends here as well. The staff here is ALWAYS super friendly, super polite, super courteous and VERY customer service oriented. This Starbucks is also VERY CLEAN and well-managed on a professional level since the entire management team here is top notch. I am a HUGE fan of their Royal English Breakfast Tea since it is hands down the BEST tea I have ever had in the USA. I'd like to give a very special shout-out to Julia since she is the most hardworking, most respectful and most customer service oriented Starbucks barista I have ever met at ANY Starbucks location in the USA.“

“This Starbucks shares the building with AM -PM, but stays separate- so once inside it's just another Starbs location. Quick friendly service, hot (or cold) delicious drinks and snacks. Small, but adequate lobby with seats. This location has a drive-thru.“

“Went in today while running a bunch of errands, and I received the friendliest service! As soon as I walked in, the barista, whose name is Jasmine, immediately stopped what she was doing to help me with my order. From start to finish, she was extremely pleasant and professional. “The AC is blowing cold air. I can totally feel the cold in my bones! The temperature have to change to higher temperature to make it feel warm and cozy inside the cafe. Plus the music is playing is very sad and brings sadness and negativity for customers. What I believe, specially in the morning, the music has to be more energetic and positive. My visits at Starbucks are not pleasant because the reasons on above. I even see and feel the staffs are not energetic and happy because the temperature and music inside the store. Hope you guys take this review seriously“

“Usually the service is decent. However, this day a male servicer was denying that they had chocolate croissants, and I could actually see there were fresh ones in the bin. When I told him I could see the croissants, he seemed as though he didn’t want to get me one …like it was an imposition on his time. Maybe just a bad hair day. ?“
