Starbucks in Roseville

“I've always visited this starbucks because of the friendliness of the staff. My bday was sept 10 and i didnt know that i had to get my free coffee on that same day so i came in a few days late - the barista was nice enough to still honor my free drink so they gained my loyalty after that encounter and made me a very happy & loyal to this particular branch. I met the store manager who's also very nice btw and he speaks my native language so another reason to come back here!“

“So far my experiences coming in here were all fantastic. They always get our order correct and service is efficient. We'd usually come in here since its within the same location as the rite aid and trader joes so we come here to kill time.“

The guy from Sacramento hotel takes me all over Roseville or Rose Ville, the hotel knows I needing Child Friendly! Today he take me to this Starbucks! Now on an email I get message order any breakfast sandwich and something call Herbal Tea, get an extra thirty stars! He gets his pumpkin loaf, I get a sausage sandwich and something call Ice Passion Tea! Now being Asian, I not used to cold flavor teas, the gentleman helping us very patient to describe! I order the sausage sandwich and this Ice Passion Tea! It looks pink in color! Not too sweet thank goodness! As our former Governator says, if had chance, I WILL BE BACK! Yes, Governator!“

“Lots of baristas when we visited this Starbucks inside target Roseville.Quick and easy service great way to start or refresh your day with amazing variety drinks from Starbucks. “I appreciate this location remaking my bad drink that I got in west sacramento. I had gotten on the freeway to head to work it was to late to turn around so I went here across the street from work and they kindly without hesitation remade my drink !“

“Best managed Starbucks I've encountered, and they consistently clean their equipment, which is what I have found is NEEDED at ALL Starbucks stores. Their drinks are clearly the best I've had in my Starbucks relationship, and I've never had a bad experience or drink that wasn't top-notch. Other stores need to follow what this location is doing in every aspect. I can't say enough good things about this place.“

“It may be the world’s biggest coffee chain, but this location operates pretty much like a local joint. It's close to home, just a short walk. The servers are friendly, and the place is usually crowded. I like to sit at the outdoor tables with my dog at my feet. Starbucks offer some good treats to go along with their fine coffee.“

“Very friendly and considerate staff! I went here this morning and was frustrated with the app because I couldn't order the drink I wanted. I went in and the staff was very friendly and I mentioned that when I place my order in person it always turns out way better than on the app. They asked me exactly how I wanted my drink and me, not being a Starbucks regular, looked at them like a deer in headlights. I asked how it is usually made and they said there was a couple ways. I asked them to do it how they thought it would turn out best and it was delicious! I should have gotten their names to praise them but, I forgot. Thank you for being patient with my lack of Starbucks knowledge and thank you for treating me so well!“

“I have been going to this Starbucks for a few years, and I have to say, these guys are the best! Nobody does it like Fairway and Five Star! At least that's what I always say. I mean, every single thing you could think of in terms of what makes a fast food joint-no, a restaurant, work, these guys do it to PERFECTION!! It's ALWAYS clean, I'm in and out of the drive thru so quickly that I forgot I even waited in a drive thru, so I end up going again!! and god, the staff! Without a doubt, the nicest, most capable, patient, and qualified people to be running a Starbucks! I've seen a fair share of horrible customers showing up here, and to my shock, these pros never failed to handle them with grace and precision, as to never escalate any situations! Gotta give a huge shoutout to Kelly, Lauren, Savannah, and Kat, for always getting my order right and just giving off cool vibes all the time. They're probably super fun people outside of work ! I know I just praised those four for getting my orders right, but to be honest, the entire store gets my order right! This Starbucks really doesn't feel like your average run of the mill Starbucks. This is a fine dining coffee establishment, and I bet they're fully aware of that. Never once have I seen another Starbucks demonstrate so much class, professionalism, and overall awesomeness as this one. I now refuse to go to any Starbucks if it isn't this one. These guys are the GOAT!!“

“Helped make me a special drink and adjust it to my liking after saying I wanted a drink like the canned nitro sweet vanilla drink very patient and knowledgeable older lady helped and I was able to use a giftcard and write down my order and all the information like 6 sugars and 3 pumps of vanillla creame etc. always good coffee Colombian beans and large variety Great atmosphere and relaxing ambiance to study or just zone out on your devices or do work stuff“

“Typical Starbucks, makes great drinks. The staff here is always friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous, greeting me even when I'm running in for a quick online order. The inside atmosphere of the store is nice although small and seating can be fairly limited. A few times my drink has not been made correctly, however the staff has always been eager to remake it right for me when this was brought to their attention.“

“After going to the one on Antelope for 10+ years they couldn't make my drink right alot so the mgr (very nicely) told me to go to another Starbucks and I'm glad I did. These guys make it right every time without being told how. Thanks for sending me to this one...its “

“Usually the service is decent. However, this day a male servicer was denying that they had chocolate croissants, and I could actually see there were fresh ones in the bin. When I told him I could see the croissants, he seemed as though he didn’t want to get me one …like it was an imposition on his time. Maybe just a bad hair day. ?“

“I travel a bit for work and I have gone to many many Starbucks in that time. This location not only serves you well made drinks but the service is immaculate. Hannah helped me at the register and was incredibly friendly!! Erin on bar made my drink yesterday and today and the love and care they put into every drink is incredible. They take their time no matter the wait or what they’ve got. I have a bad allergy problem with quite a few drinks at Starbucks but Erin talked to me about their process of making the drink to ensure that I was not getting any cross contamination :)If I lived in this area I 100% would be here every morning ! Thank you for giving me a wonderful experience! <3“

“This is the BEST Starbucks in the area! They always have the nicest staff that my kids love to say hi to and wave at, and the coffee is always the perfect combination of everything I love about coffee. This location alone makes me want to treat myself to coffee more frequently.“

“I tend to get drinks with a few mods (nothing difficult) usually just extra shots or a specific milk. It's honestly the color of my drink I look at and I can usually tell just by looking at it it's made to my standards (I swear I'm not always this picky, I just like what I like) Emily has always been a pleasure when I've come in the handful of times. She's super nice and has an upbeat personality that's nice to see in the service industry!Thanks for always being so nice!“

“I love SB coffee. They have a huge following in the drive through. Thinking they could decrease drink prices. I go inside to sit and chat with friends. Chatting is more like a shouting match because the loud music playing. Makes the atmosphere chaotic. The food is good but very few offerings for low carb eaters and diabetics.“

“This is one of the only Safeways in west Roseville if not the only one. I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly and their turnover seems to be low. I've lived in the area for years and have seen the same people for just as long. With the new grocery stores popping up on every corner around them, I am sure they are sweating. Before the opening across the street they redecorated, clearly hoping to fit a better more modern aesthetic. It works. I appreciate the consistency that I get with this Safeway, it's always my first go to shopping stop when it comes to groceries.“
