I don’t know whose idea it was to hire “lunch lady Dorris” for the morning commute drive-through, but I can really do without the attitude. If she can’t pretend “perky” and pleasant, then she should not be dealing directly with the customers, let alone that surliness that she showed me, this morning.
Awesome staff, who always go way beyond expectations to ensure I am satisfied and comfortable. I feel like I am entering "Cheers", every time I visit this location. They always make me feel wanted and show concern for my well-being

This is the BEST Starbucks in the area! They always have the nicest staff that my kids love to say hi to and wave at, and the coffee is always the perfect combination of everything I love about coffee. This location alone makes me want to treat myself to coffee more frequently.
