This is the BEST Starbucks in the area! They always have the nicest staff that my kids love to say hi to and wave at, and the coffee is always the perfect combination of everything I love about coffee. This location alone makes me want to treat myself to coffee more frequently.

I went there today (Tuesday) at 7:12pm since Google Maps says they close at 7:30pm. They will not answer in the drive-thru. Then, I went up to the window, and they were there, and they would not even open the window. I kept saying people are in line (3 cars behind me), and after I tapped at the window, they would just signal from the inside, saying they were closed. There is a reason why people are in line; if Google Maps says they are open until 7:30pm, then I was expecting the service to be open until that time. If not, they will need to update it. It is sort of rude of them not even to open the window. They even avoided me until I tapped on the window a couple of times(they clearly saw me when I drove up to the window and stood there).

Just came through the line. Ordered a hot chocolate, ham and cheese croissant and two peppermint cake pops. Got up to the window and was told there was only one peppermint cake pop. That's fine. Was asked if I just wanted the one or another one. I asked for the peppermint one and a birthday cake. Got home and had 2 birthday cake. The hot chocolate was terrible. Extremely watered down. Spent $16 for all of that. Very disappointed.
The Starbucks is always really good and fast service. Super polite employees love it highly recommended. But not in the first half of the morning because it’s always super busy.

I don’t know whose idea it was to hire “lunch lady Dorris” for the morning commute drive-through, but I can really do without the attitude. If she can’t pretend “perky” and pleasant, then she should not be dealing directly with the customers, let alone that surliness that she showed me, this morning.

there's definitely something wrong with the way this Starbucks is operating. Every time I stop by I end up spending 30 minutes waiting for my order. I always place a mobile order way before I come and still I have to wait so long smh
