Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a place where the staff are awesome, extremely nice, and always sweet. They greet customers by name and know what they get. The crew is great, and customers are greeted as they walk in. The service is wonderful, with staff quickly taking orders and even cracking a joke while preparing coffee. The cleanliness is top-notch, with everything sparkling and tables neatly tidied. The drinks are always perfect and always taste great. One customer received a very delicious drink with a cute little picture drawn on the lid, which absolutely made their day. However, some customers find the music very sad, bringing sadness and negativity, and the cold air from the AC makes it feel not warm and cozy inside the cafe. Despite this, the atmosphere is incredibly friendly and feels like home. It is a great place to relax and enjoy a tasty drink.
