Horrible violent noise they play instead of music. Many people refuse to enter or stay anymore than necessary. Several patrons were trying to cover their ears and get out as fast as possible.

On 12/19/2023 Between 11:40am and 12pm at store #2908I placed an order within the store for gingerbread latte with coconut milk and a bagel with everything. The bagel was good. But the latte did not taste like a gingerbread latte. I looked at the sticker on the side of the cup which said gingerbread oatmilk chai with coconut milk. I asked the person who made the drink if this had oatmilk in it, I also mentioned to her that I ordered a latte instead of a chai. Her response was looking at me like I am crazy and told me that chai is a latte. I also spoke with the supervisor who said my drink was a latte. So I went back to my seat and looked up the ingredients on the Starbucks app.Gingerbread Latte:Milk Foam2%milk steamed hotBlonde espresso roast2 espresso shots4 pumps of gingerbread syrupPumpkin spice toppingGingerbread Oatmilk Chai:Milk FoamOatmilk steamed hot4 pumps of gingerbread syrup4 pumps of chaiPumpkin spice toppingWaterSo I ordered the Gingerbread latte on my app at the same store. This time it was made correctly and said gingerbread latte on the side of the cup. I could taste the difference.I spoke with the store manager Dennis who did an awesome job at making things right. He was very nice and apologetic and refunded me for the gingerbread chai.After being refunded I went back to my seat to enjoy my latte. I saw the floor supervisor walking out the doors as she was giving me a dirty look.What surprised me about the floor supervisor and the barista who made my first drink was that they lied to me and treated me like I was an idiot. I'm just glad I was not a secret shopper.Once again the Store Manager Dennis did a great job.

Russell has got to be the best experience I've ever had at any coffee shop, I made a bit of a joke in the order we made and he understood the assignment 10/10

Waited 10 minutes to place my order, then another 10 for them to make it and it was still wrong. There were 3 people behind the counter and only two people ahead of me when I got in line; maybe one person waiting for their drink. My drink was made wrong (Venti pink drink light ice no strawberries) and to their credit they offered to remake it, but I didn't have the extra 10 minutes to wait for them to do it. (Their apology felt snide and insincere but I digress that could just be my perception of it) More than likely won't go back unless I've got loads of time to kill.

I've always visited this starbucks because of the friendliness of the staff. My bday was sept 10 and i didnt know that i had to get my free coffee on that same day so i came in a few days late - the barista was nice enough to still honor my free drink so they gained my loyalty after that encounter and made me a very happy & loyal to this particular branch. I met the store manager who's also very nice btw and he speaks my native language so another reason to come back here!

Worst customers service, rude and unprofessional. Didn’t prepare my online order until I showed up !!?? And instead of apologizing nicely for the delay on that they gave me attitude!!??

Just had some delicious Vanilla lattes with oatmilk. Service was very kind and had a great sense of humor the guy and gal that gave us our drinks and food are awesome. pumpkin bread was amazing.

Ok Jeanie lady who is a casher is just fantastic, I never have been served that nice with someone at any Starbuck like this lady, she even get me a refill without I asked, she is very very thoughtful, smiling and amazing. thank you!

We've been living in this area for 10 years and ALWAYS go to this Starbucks. There was a gentleman there, who sadly doesn't work there anymore who was always helpful and patient but since he left, Olivia and Hailey have very NASTY attitudes. And made the drinks NOT how it was asked.
