Update: the company sent and replied to a feedback survey after our purchase. They immediately refunded the cost of the fries without us asking!! Tremendous customer service. Let this review serve as an example of customer satisfaction and loyalty and how it is born. Last night, I picked my daughter up from the airport. She had been away at a convention and we had business "lessons learned" to discuss. I wanted to take her to get a bite, but not fast food. Nothing was open at that time. We Yelped and found The Melt. This place is located INSIDE "Local Kitchens"It was clean, fast, and seating inside and 3 tablets to order. The mac and cheese is good but need some salt and more flavor.... but love the creativity and the combination of mac and cheese in a sammy!Fries were a bit oily but that's everywhere and I liked the ranch. Overall the food was good for munchies. They should add more fun drinks to menu.
