The mac and cheese is good but need some salt and more flavor.... but love the creativity and the combination of mac and cheese in a sammy!Fries were a bit oily but that's everywhere and I liked the ranch. Overall the food was good for munchies. They should add more fun drinks to menu.

Update: the company sent and replied to a feedback survey after our purchase. They immediately refunded the cost of the fries without us asking!! Tremendous customer service. We will def. give them a second chance!!!!!!First time here, ordered take out. The Burger was good, however, the fries were nearly all under cooked. Pathetic to be honest. Not sure who they had working the fryer, but it was bad. Had to re cook in the oven. Not sure I will be back. Having good fries with your burger is a must for my family.

Decided to try a new restaurant today. We were really excited to get yummy food food but we're very disappointed. None of the food looked like the online photos. I got the grilled cheese Mac n cheese sandwich and it had 7 noodles on it. I had added bacon and avocado and that was what my sandwich was made of. My husband's burger was the BBQ burger with added grilled onions. The onions were not grilled looked like they were microwaved with oil. The regular fries and garlic fries were good and the Mexican coke and LaCroix lime water was good but the rest of the food was very disappointing and we do not recommend this restaurant.

Let this review serve as an example of customer satisfaction and loyalty and how it is born. Last night, I picked my daughter up from the airport. She had been away at a convention and we had business "lessons learned" to discuss. I wanted to take her to get a bite, but not fast food. Nothing was open at that time. We Yelped and found The Melt. It's in a shop called Local Kitchens. It was open and we got our food pretty fast. Unfortunately, one of the staff decided to sweep VERY briskly. Have you ever seen how dust flies when you sweep? Well brisk sweeping is even worse!!! We knew dirt was getting in our food. We took it outside.Today, I got a text asking me to tell them about our visit. I told them great things and then talked about the employee's sweeping skills and that she was also wearing large headphones the whole time we were there. Very soon after, I got an apology by text and the owner wanted to make it up to me. That's amazing to me and unexpected! I will be back. And I will help him make improvements in the future, because I know he will do something about it.My daughter had the Patty Melt and regular fries and I had the garlic-Parmesan fries. It was all great!

My wife and I went in for lunch today, had sone of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. I had the Tri-tip and bacon avocado on Dutch crunch. The bread was amazing as well as the tri-tip and the sauce on it. Wife had a BLT and added avocado on sourdough. It was fantastic too. Great service and lots of other choices in the menu, including vegetarian options. Will definitely be coming back

Okay, I ordered this to be delivered and the bottom line is, it is just what the doctor ordered.Through my delivery service, it came quickly and was still warm upon arrival.The french fries were beautifully seasoned and crispy as I had wanted in a comment in my order selection.The mac & cheese (Mini Mac) was out of this world, very yummy. I really liked the larger noodles and the cheese sauce was just perfect. I know my Granddaughters would love it too! Now know about that Cheeseburger, The "MeltBurger" as they call it. It was a very, very good burger, but I only have one complaint. The jalapeño-pickle mix which was good, but just too hot for me. They say on their menu, "Not too spicy, we promise" but it was just not for me. I scraped what I could off.The cheddar cheese on the hamburger was also very good, but I wish there was just a little more cheese like that in their website pictureAs a whole, the MeltBurger was excellent, and the bun was nice and toasty.OK, the bottom line. It was a great order, and I will definitely do it again.

I don't really even know what this place is and don't really want to know. But it shouldn't be listed as "the melt" and a supposed burger joint.

The Melt Burger is angus and wagyu and so delicious and a great deal for base price of $8.79. Option for lettuce wrap and lots of add ons. The garlic fries are super garlicky with Parmesan and a nice size for the price. Service was fast and accurate.There are outside tables but this location is a Local Kitchen with 8-9 different food delivery options.
