Please do thank your many employees, please do thank your many volunteers! They are always so helpful! Good place or good location to have refresher drinks after a hike, yummy and ah so refreshing! One person ordered Tall, it is equivalent of Child Menu size, of PineApple refresher! One ordered a something call Latte! Third order Medium size of Mango refresher! The employees and the employees recognize the Young Person by face if not by name! They seem to remember the many Letters Of Compliment she writes or wrote during her previous visits! Best of luck to this Starbucks Coffee location!“

“I had a miss communication with one of the Bri is at this location. I got a hold of the supervisor named Summer. She was absolutely professional turned my bad experience into an excellent experience and I only recommend this location. They are responsive to their customers and they have employees who can admit when they’re not rising to the level of customer service that they should be that is the marks of mature people and excellent leadership well done.“
“Always a reliable standard, so I know whatever I order it's exactly what I wanted. The staff members here at this particular one were delightful. Sorry I can't get five stars for atmosphere, it's inside a Safeway. Still the little nook was cozy

“Starbucks drinks and food items are always consistent in flavor. For the first time I tried a cheese danish and I wasn't impressed. It was bland tasting. The white chocolate mocha was delicious and hit the spot. The staff is always friendly and helpful.“

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff at this Starbucks. I had a bit of a chaotic morning, but the moment I walked in I was greeted by a chorus of friendly hellos that immediately made me feel welcome.
I ended up having to leave for an appointment before my drink was ready, and the barista apologized that it wasn’t finished yet—even though it was completely my fault for running late. When I came back about an hour later, the barista recognized me right away, told me they would remake my drink immediately, and even double-checked whether I wanted coffee in it. I hadn’t realized the drink didn’t automatically come with coffee, so I really appreciated them catching that.
Then, when I got to my car, I noticed they had written, “Enjoy your day!” on my cup. It was such a small gesture, but it meant so much.
This was honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every single person I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They completely turned my stressful morning around. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond!“
“I have been visiting the Combie Starbuck's location nearly daily the last 9 years and have seen great employees come and go. Recently I broke my back and was laid up in the hospital over 25 miles away, and constantly craved my iced coffee, until a week into my stay when in walked Nate Coffman with 2 iced coffees. Nate has always been happy go lucky Starbuck's employee who would come by our coffee table in the morning providing refills and laughter. I was so stunned and so happy to see him!!!
It was such an enormous gesture of kindness and customer commitment I have ever seen with any business, and I would love to see company's reward their employees who go way above and beyond like this...
In this face paced world, it seems really customer service is a thing of the past, but Nate took it to a whole new level and I am so thankful!!!!
