“The team is amazing, I've been coming here before school started when I was in high school and now I still come before work. I realized my card wasn't going through this morning right before I pulled up (I said it was no problem and I could leave, I just wanted to let her know instead of an awkward card decline that I knew would happen) and when I told the barista, Robbi, at the window she showed the greatest compassion and gave me my drink and food on the house. With finals, work and everything in between, it's been a very long and exhausting week so far (and it's only Wednesday) but this one act of kindness gave me the push to keep going and instantly made my day. “Those sweet little baristas that work at the one on Madison & Dewey has got to be hands down the best crew if seen so far. They could move a mountain together! I have a lil repore with pretty much all of them, and I'm so blessed for getting to see their smiling faces almost every single day! I am fortunate. Not to mention they make THE BEST coffees around! (sorry D. B. 's.. YUR ok, but the "Bucks' has got it going on!).I appreciate y'all for always being right there for me.. waiting to see if I'm gonna order my usual.. or try something.. waiting patiently while I find your app on my phone, always making sure my food is warm and my drinks are cold.. everyday you guys do all that, just for me!Thks guys.. YUR awesome!A shout out to a young lady that was working at the Bucks on Garfield & Auburn Blvd, during the day, I think on a Sunday about 3 - 4 weeks ago.. anyway a very thankful shout out to her.. my friend, my son & I were out thrift shopping, and stopped there, and we were a bit unorganized who was gonna buy what, and the short blonde hair sweet young lady didn't hesitate to say," Don't even worry bout this guys.. I'll get them".. we were like, but theres 3 big drinks, but she was do sweet. And paid for them all“

“This location has everyone one needs. Plenty of indoor seating: community table, cozy chairs, bench and tables, as well as tables and chairs (high and low tops). Outdoor seating in front is nice in good weather, but right next to the drive-thru line. Staff is always busy, especially the drive-thru support, but always pleasant. I've seen them slammed with business on holiday mornings and they stay focused and help everyone.“
