Starbucks in Fair Oaks

“You guys are so cool! I'm visiting from China but the SBUX we have there are not the same. I don't want to write about it, but holy smokes, I stopped by your SBUX at Madison & Fair Oaks this morning with my friend & what stellar service! You have a girl working the front, Peyton & she was phenomenal! If I owned a company, I'd want her to be my front girl because she is gold standard! My friend ordered a drink & when we drove up to the window to pay for it, Peyton verified if that's the drink my friend wanted because recently, you've released a new drink which is different but kind of the same & Peyton explained exactly what the drink was. I understand you have your 4-minute-rule-thing & the line totally backed up behind us (sorry about that) & I don't want to get anybody in trouble, but that service really meant a lot. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much and hats off to Ms. Peyton. Thank you!!!“

“Starbucks is consistent about delivering good service from store to store . they do have choices of different blends for coffee lovers .that is the main benefit .they're desserts and pastries are a little pricey but the coffee plans are pretty good“

“Passed by here late this morning. I ordered a Large Venti Iced Orange Cream Matcha and a Large Cup of ice water. I used My gift card to pay for My order. This is first time I ordered that drink and my second time ordering a different drink. The service was good and there weren't a lot of people inside and I noticed one person outside the establishment. The atmosphere was amazing. I noticed that the female baristas had pronounced My name correctly when they called for My drink to be ready. I don't go to Starbucks that much these days.“
