“This Starbucks is my favorite of all the ones in the Folsom area. The staff are like a family among themselves and with so many customers. Just an overall great coffee shop and the drinks are always superb. 10/10 customer service everytime. Love it here. They always get my 12 dark caramel venti double shot caramel ribbon crunch frappe right everytime.“

“I went to this Starbucks location on Madison Avenue at Greenback Lane in Folsom yesterday afternoon on Thursday July 30th, 2026. I was riding my mountain bike yesterday; I just came from nearby Orangevale. I ordered a Large Vented Caramel Frappuccino Blended with whipped cream on top and caramel swirl. The service was good and amazing. I don't go to Starbucks that much now these days, I only go if I have a Starbucks gift card or e-gift card from Coinstar. I rarely go.“

“Third time and I’ve made this my check point on my long rides. Service spectacular and fast. Coffee is inexpensive and adding almond milk at no extra cost. I appreciate the dine in option to cut waste. Huge parking lot, clean restrooms and always a perk to add points to your rewards.“

“While placed a mobile order, for some reason, the location service identified me to a store 5 miles away. I didn't realized until no one called my name after it showed ready.
Staff Elina and her colleague made the same drink for me which saved me having to drive 10 more minutes to pick.

“Super cool Starbucks kiosk! They don't have all the menu items that a full sized store would have, but the nice people that work there make up for that. They quickly finish orders, and often have a good sense of humor. They're really kind and treat the Folsom High Friday Crowd with respect. ;)“

“Starbucks drinks might be pricey but it speaks for itself. They are a great morning coffee stop, it's not only coffee they offer there but breakfast and lunch items as well, of course almost all being mostly healthy foods. My favorite is a warmed cream cheese danish and a iced Carmel latte!“

“I visited the Starbucks on Placerville Rd with my daughter on May 20th. We were looking for the perfect gift to give her teacher for Teacher Appreciation Week. The barista who helped us was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, patient, and truly went out of her way to help my daughter choose the perfect Starbucks gift.

Her friendly attitude and helpful nature really stood out, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service she provided. It made our visit special and memorable. A big thank you to the amazing barista for making our experience so positive! A huge shout out to the representative.

I dont come to often, but when I come the associates are very kind, thoughtful, patients and knowledgeable to be helpful when I am undecided what to get. One day my APP wasn't working and they offered me still to prep. my drinks and pay as soon the APP was available. That was very nice and the stress of me, because I was ordering for my friend too.
The food is like regular Starbucks food. Indoor & outdoor seating available. It is nice to see, that there is always one associate checking and cleaning up the outdoor seatings.
Parking on streets or in nearby parking garage within short walking distance available.
