“Best Starbucks in the Folsom area! There's no drive thru, so the employees aren't too overwhelmed and multitasking with that. I ordered my usual quad espresso and they made it to perfection. The music is soft and the sit down atmosphere in quite opening and relaxed. It's pretty busy at the front, however it seems efficient and no one had any issues with their orders. I also want to mention, if you want to sit down and stay for some time, you're welcome to. There's a biker gang inside right now and myself. The outlets are in WORKING ORDER, there are plenty of restrooms, and the employees are kind. I would revisit and recommend.“
“Drive Thru is awesome. They are also pretty fast so not much waiting. I always go there when I'm near this area.Update: I work like five minutes away and it's unhealthy to think how much coffee I drink. Still a great location, ordering though the app is recommended if speed is what your looking for.“
“I love coming into this Starbucks! The staff is very friendly, they always have the merchandise and drinks in stock, and it's just convenient to pick up a drink as I'm doing my grocery shopping. The manager, Kimberly, is very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions regarding the app and recommends great drinks. The staff is always very friendly and willing to try any creation I come in asking for whether I'm just telling them flavors I'm in the mood for or I'm giving them the latest TikTok recipe. Highly recommend stopping by! They are slightly limited in their offerings due to being a licensed store, but that's beyond their control. Thank you for all you do Safeway Starbucks!!“
“If you're looking for a lobby that is constantly opened go to World Traveler in Folsom. Local shop that could use the support. I tired of attempting to sit in the lobby and it being closed. Wasting my gas, time, and energy because online it says the lobby is opened. Go to World Traveler in Folsom if you want to drink your coffee, sit and enjoy the environment.“

When was the last time you walked into any establishment and... saw not only a spic n span joint, but witness that every employee is genuinely happy to be there.... and ... hear every customer personally greeted by their name and their prior conversation readily picked up from where they left off? “Went in with a mixed family of 10 adults and children.The server (Misha) was kind enough to be patient with our very chaotic order giving. And our order was delivered swiftly and was of good quality.Unfortunately, despite categorically asking for the smallest size for some of our drinks, we were sold large sizes (to quote "I agree that the smallest size being called TALL is a bit confusing").To me this is misleading and false marketing. For those who read this, the smallest size is "short". Ask for it categorically - and wait for them to refuse it.“
“I take Clients her regularly for my work. They have disabilities. All of my clients love going here! They request this place specifically! Every time we have gone, we have had amazing service from every single staff in here! Every time it amazes me how it can possibly get better, my last visit a worker saw me heading to the restroom and says the code to me! Even though I had it memorized, he had dark black hair and tan. I wish I got his name!“

I place multiple orders in throughout the week via DoorDash at this location as my husband and I have been confined to our home as of late due to illness, and not only are all the orders ALWAYS perfectly and carefully made, but the AMAZING, *superstar* barista &/or restaurant lead (?), Valentina (Val) is BEYOND exceptional in EVERY way... This lovely young person's customer service is remarkable!!! Not only is Valentina sincerely kind and caring over the phone, but on multiple occasions, has gone out of their way to actually follow~up and make certain the order(s) I've placed have been delivered fully, correctly, and properly! Excellent customer service seems so few and far between these days, so Valentina's genuine professionalism is simply a breath of fresh air! Manager(s): Please make note of your incredible employee! “This Starbucks has a nice atmosphere and feel. It's set back away from the busier streets in the area. It's in more of a neighborhood area and feels more relaxing. Also, the lack of a drive-through makes it feel less busy. The dining room was clean and the service quick and friendly. I'm not a huge fan of their food, so minus one star because I like fresh food and it just feels overly processed to me. Overall, a really nice location and atmosphere that will keep us coming back for a morning or afternoon break.Parking: Parking in front can get cramped, especially with the parking lot entrance so close. Recommend parking in the hidden parking in back, or across the driveway in the middle area. Much easier to get in and out.“
