“I have been in Sacramento a few and I ran into this location by accident, as soon as I walked in Eddie welcomed me to the store and he even prepared my coffee exactly the way I liked it (Attention to detail). On another day I had the pleasure to meet Alyssa, she is a kind young girl who was courteous, polite and top notch customer service skills. Overall all I had a great experience with the staff at this location.“

“Currently out of state and wanted to order my mom the ‘medicine ball’ drink but the doordash menu didn’t allow me to customize it much. THANKFULLY, Lizzie helped me over the phone and was incredibly kind and helpful! It meant a lot that I was able to care for my mom while away through a nice, hot tea. 🤍 Thank you Lizzie for going the extra mile! :)“
“I used the Starbucks app today to mobile order a drink for the first time. I only had a 10 minute break and was attempting to mitigate any delays. I arrived at the store and was immediately greeted. I asked if they had a mobile order and they didn’t have one for me yet. The wonderful barista (Becky, I think,) asked if I ordered it for their store. While I thought I did, the app actually switched stores to a location 2 miles away. I didn’t have time to run over to the Madison and I-80 store so I asked if I could order the same thing there and just pay for it. After verifying my order, she kindly took my order and made the drink extremely quickly. She also comped my drink since I had already paid for the drink elsewhere. The customer service was outstanding by both herself and the other gentleman working.“
