Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. The staff are amazing and friendly, with one barista described as one of the best ever. Drinks are consistently solid and good. However, the drive-thru service is lacking. The microphone cuts out or distorts orders, leading to mistakes and delays. Another visit involved cold food, a missing Sriracha sauce, and no napkins, with a staff member acting as if asking bothered her. Despite this, some customers feel the people who work here made the visit a million times better, making suggestions on cold coffee drinks and providing samples. Overall an okay spot, but fixing the audio issue would make the experience much smoother.
