I can honestly say I have seen the garment of people, personalities, attitudes & drama at STARBUCKS, for the most part, I have seen diverse cultures, economic and varied social make no difference in the way people are treated at my local STARBUCKS (which includes 5 stores I frequent). The employees are grace under Fire even when we give them the hard press. Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has been a consistent place for nearly 10 years, with good coffee and food. The staff is described as the best, friendliest, fun, and welcoming, providing top tier customer service. Employees work hard and remain polite even with rude customers. One barista named Savannah is amazing, always smiley with the best attitude. The service is fast and efficient, with mobile orders ready within about 5 minutes. The store gets orders perfect and is clean, even the bathrooms. It is one of the few locations with a sit-down area that feels like a busy small town coffee shop. However, one shift manager was bothered by a customer dining in, and another lady taking an order was rude. The only other problem is the homeless outside who may bother customers.
