All Starbucks are great in my mind, but what stands out about this particular location is a Barista by the name of Mark. As I stood in line I witnessed him maintain composure and professionalism while dealing with less than desirable demanding customers. Mark sets a great example for the Starbucks corporation. Oh, and the cold brew and egg bites were great!
I just wanted to take a moment to share how much I appreciate the amazing customer service at Starbucks. Every visit is a pleasant experience, but today was truly special thanks to Sharara.

We had a very busy day around this suburb, and it was a pleasure to rest a bit at this coffee shop on our way, to sit a while and enjoy some peace and quiet along with our coffee.
