Rick gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and got my order out super quick. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted amazing. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving customers a great experience. Definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond. People like Rick are the reason why I keep coming back!
Luis , the drive-through guy It’s excellent his job even if I go inside and grab the food he is very polite and very respectful to everybody that comes through. If he’s not there, we don’t go because he makes everybody happy and he is very polite. I appreciate you guys having him in this store in LINCOLN California, he is the best service guy I ever seen so far.
