Luis , the drive-through guy It’s excellent his job even if I go inside and grab the food he is very polite and very respectful to everybody that comes through. If he’s not there, we don’t go because he makes everybody happy and he is very polite. I appreciate you guys having him in this store in LINCOLN California, he is the best service guy I ever seen so far.
Workers are very nice and polite. I always have amazing service when I come to the store. A worker who stood out was Rick he had an amazing attitude that made the experience amazing.
This is by far the best carls jr ive been too. The food was so fresh and so on point. I stopped going to carls for multiple reasons. This one made me change my mind. The customer service the crew had was amazingly friendly
