I haven't previously had this soups served like this before. The little dishes you add to the broth are the same; the difference between the soup menu items are the type of meat and the broth. The time between ordering and the food coming out was super quick! Everything seemed pre-measured so all they have to do is boil your broth and the food was at our table within minutes. Hidden on the side of the large Kohls plaza next to Pho, UPS, and Pizza Twist. Plenty of parking available in the private plaza. There's also plenty of space for small to large groups! My first experience was in Utah where the side dishes varied a bit. There were more unique sides included at this location. The quality of the tripe was not enjoyable. There were many different ingredients that can be added which was a very unique dining experience. The broth was very flavorful. Service was good.
