Is hard to find a romantic chinese restaurant environment!! And the new owner and managment had chance the atmosphere, added an all day dimsum menu !!
Everything came out super hot !! And we had 3 small children , server super friendly to us !! It is a new hidden gems till everyone finds out !! Only all day dimsum in Elk Grove !!

Excellent food and service
This is an excellent spot. I found Congee in Elk Grove, Great service. I love their Shu Mai and of course the Congee. The waiters have limited English skills but if you know what you want it is easy to order. Learn the names of Chinese dishes you like. Hey the least you can do for such great food and experience.
