“Recently found this wonderful place on a recommendation of a new friend. We live in Granite Bay, so don't get over to this area often, but will make it a trip worthwhile from here on out. The owners are a delight, kind, friendly, attentive and serve some of the best Vietnamese dishes we have had.

Parking: casino near by, but if you’re picking up you should be fine. There is parking right in front of the store but it’s scarce“

“This lovely little restaurant is nestled in a strip mall which makes it easy to overlook, but don't make that mistake! The staff are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is comfortable with beautiful decor all around and warm inviting colors.

I wasn't sure if I had time to dine in, so I'd ordered to-go but decided to stay and eat there after all because it was just so pleasant. I was almost late as a result but it's important to take a time out and enjoy an experience once in a while.

The food was delicious with large portion sizes so you definitely get your money's worth. I ordered the pad thai (vegetarian) and it was enough to serve two adults and leave us both satisfied. I don't know why I didn't try Thai Orchid sooner, but I'll definitely be back!“

“I come from the Bay Area and that pho is tough to beat. On this side of California though this is the place to beat. Friendly staff and great pho with all the ingredients and more to go with it right on the table. Wish they would open one up in Rocklin. They would be king there.“

“The best Thai food I’ve had since moving to sac!! All of the dishes we got were so fresh and perfectly seasoned and cooked. We got spicy Thai salad with beef, basil stir fry with pork belly (really excellent pork belly not fatty at all and very crispy), panang curry with chicken, and Kao Soi noodles in curry sauce with chicken- all excellent! Will definitely be back soon!“

“Friday, 10/25/2024 - Tried "Pho Viet Anh" for dinner for the 1st time. Address is 9529 Folsom Blvd A, Sacramento, CA 95827. They have a nice medium parking lot. We found parking right away. Domino's Pizza is in the front of the building and they are towards the back. Upon arrival....

Pros
1) There was no wait. We seated ourself.
2) the waiter was very nice and patient with us. He let us review the online menu.
3) they didn't provide any hard copy menu. You have to scan the QR code for the menu. It's located on the table.
4) we got the strawberry Lemonade drink ($5.00). It was very tart. A little hard to drink. But we dranked it.
5) We got the large combo pho ($17.00) with the greens on the side. The broth was good. We didn't need to put any of the sauce condiments into the pho broth. We just ate it as is.
6) we got the chicken viet sandwich ($10.20). Sandwich was really good. But watch out. The jalapeño is super spicey. We removed a few jalapeño and the made it less spicey.
7) water tasted good. No funky or metal taste.
8) clean. Our table, chairs, utensils plates, bowls, cups looked clean.
9) they did check on our table to make sure all was good and if we needed anything else.

Cons
1) the menu is small. not much to choose from. But it makes it easier to pick something to eat.

Conclusion
We liked this restaurant. Customer service was great. Food menu is small, but perfect. Made it easier to pick something quickly. Pho was delicious. Chicken viet sandwich was great. Parking was easy. We didn't have any wait time. We'd go here again.“

Food: dined in for a small zucchini noodle garlic cream bowl. It was good. Only got 4 pieces of shrimp.

Service: order at the counter type of place. Staff were friendly.

“Really one of the best Chinese restaurants in Rocklin! Always large portions and the flavors are amazing! So happy they have added pork fried rice, and honey walnut prawns on the menu. We tried the new crispy garlic chicken wings the flavor was good however there was two much batter and the wings were soggy! This is our go to place!!“

“I enjoyed my meal, my family unfortunately didn't like their dishes. Weird taste, even though my mom ordered something similar to mine the broth tasted much differently. I will definitely come back, the ramen was warm and delicious. And this place sells Stella Artois Cidre, I can't even find it in stores around here! The Hawaiian Fruit tea was just right, it was not overpowering with sweetness, the bonus is the fresh food in the drink that was like a little snack at the end. “So good! My go to spot when I don't have time to cook. I usually get their bahn mi chicken sandwich. It hits the spot every time. Be forewarned, the jalapenos range from mild to superrrr spicy. I tried their vermicelli bowl this time and it was also super delicious. I love getting peanut sauce on the side for it for extra flavor. Love! Affordable too, for that once in a while take out.“

They hit the mark on almost everything only I can "complain about " is they lack side dishes but I'm not mad after everything I eat I didn't miss them only made a note when they brought them out after that I was in food nirvana. with prices going up everywhere, it's amazing how affordable this restaurant still is. everything we ordered came out piping hot- very fresh and very tasty. the portion sizes here are great.

appetizer + 2 entrees + drink was $40 +tip. we both had leftovers for lunch today. it's literally cheaper to eat here than fast food joints nowadays, and the food is so much better and better for you (depending on what you order of course).

Not the flavor, texture, thin sauce... It wasn't bad, just if you're expecting anything like any form of standard Thai curry (red, green, yellow, panang, massaman...) you'll be disappointed.“

“This place is AMAZING. I love eating here! I'm really picky on what kind of sushi I like to eat, but this is the ONLY sushi place I feel like I will eat almost everything off their menu! They are VERY affordable, so I always get 2 rolls! One being the same one I always get and a new roll, every time!“

“Service was pleasant, dinning area a little dated but spacious. The food was hot and fresh. I ordered Mongolian Chicken Combo with Pork fried Rice and a side of Pork fried Egg Rolls. The Pork fried rice had NO Pork pieces in it at all, same for the Pork fried Egg Rolls. The dishes were cooked well just missing the Pork pieces. The rice had good flavor but also had dry spots of just white rice. The Mongolian had yellow onions and not green chalets but the flavor was there. Overall the food was good just needed some tweeking so it can match the description on the menu. I will visit again.“
