I’m used to getting overcooked, dry chicken at most places, but theirs was the complete opposite, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It paired perfectly with their richly seasoned broth, which really brought the whole dish together. You can tell they put care into the quality of their ingredients. Definitely one of the best chicken pho experiences I’ve had.“

Menchie’s on Madison is hands down one of my favorite frozen yogurt places. They switch up the flavors regularly, so there’s always something yummy to try, and I love that it never feels stale or repetitive.

What really makes this location stand out is how welcoming they are to kids and toddlers—it’s such a friendly, family-friendly spot. The store is super clean, well-organized, and well-maintained, which makes every visit enjoyable. Even the bathroom is big, well-stocked, and spotless—which, let’s be honest, is a huge plus when you’ve got little ones in tow!

The employees are pleasant and efficient, not overly chatty, but they get the job done, and I appreciate that. The prices are fair, and they run great promotions from time to time, making it even more affordable.

“The food was really good. Busy place, seat yourself, help yourself to drinks and salsas. Staff was friendly and would go get whatever you needed but you have to go to them and ask or stop them as they pass. They bring you your food, it came out pretty quickly as well.“
