“On lunch hour I randomly decided to choose this place. This place definitely surprised me. As entering the place I can smell the incense burning somewhere. Soft music was being played which is new to me in a pho restaurant. It was a nice touch no complaints here. I order their pho combo L. The broth was really well done. Super clear broth. There were plenty of meat! Waitress was attentive. Nothing bad I can say. Surprised they have this good of a quality pho in this area!“
“Stopped here for some post-movie pho on a rainy evening. Being from LA, both my friend and I have experienced some delicious pho and were hopeful, after reading the reviews, of a great experience. Pho 54 did not disappoint! We started with potstickers which came out quickly with a savory dipping sauce. They were perfectly cooked and scrumptious. Our soup came out shortly thereafter, hot and steaming. I got the won-ton egg noodle soup and my friend got the beef pho with fat brisket. The broth was excellent for both soups. We both got large servings and were super full. Prices were reasonable and the service excellent. The atmosphere was nothing to write home about but it was clean and welcoming. Would def go back to try out more of the delicious items on their menu when I’m in the area.“
“Second time coming to the new owners place first time by myself I enjoyed the food a lot so I brought back my fiance the next and she agreed that the pho was great and the spring rolls were absolutely delicious we ordered the roll with both prawns and pork inside the prawns were juicy not dry like most places and the pork inside was very flavorful and a little warm which I really appreciated most pho places give you very dry pork with no flavor and the shrimp is usually cook days ahead of time. Ordered hot tea as usual always tasty. Service was good very friendly. “Had lunch with my parents, brother and niece and nephew today. It was my first time eating at this restaurant. My brother really enjoys eating here. The atmosphere is nice and it was somewhat busy. The portions are huge, especially if you get large and extra large on the soups. I had an extra large traditional beef noodle soup. I definitely had leftovers. I also got the deep fried shrimp. The shrimp was fine. Not very flavorful. The soup broth was not as flavorful as I've had at other places. Not bad though overall. I do like that there were different types of meat such as tripe in it.“

“Finally made my visit here. Place was busy and packed when I arrived at 6pm on a Saturday. Had to sign in on the wait list. Waited for about 20 minutes. The establishment was nice and clean. The customer service was excellet! Ordered medium #4, rare beef lean pho. Heads up their prices on their menu isn’t updated with the correct updated one that’s found on their website. Pho price went up $1. The pho beef broth was delicious and wonderful. I was taken back and was impressed! The portion was ok, I was content with it. If you’re really hungry, medium won’t be enough. The veggie condiments that comes with it, the amount was on the small side. I didn’t attempt to ask for more, so I didn’t. All of their wait staff was very helpful and wonderful! “I have been here countless times and always forget to leave a review. Love this place! I've had their spring rolls and wonton noodle soup which always hit the spot, especially in the cooler months. The staff is super friendly and professional and the service is always great. The ambience is always chill with the minimal decor and chill music. They have outdoor seating which is wonderful when there's nice weather. I've never had any issues here over the last 2 years. If you're looking for healthy food in the Rocklin area, definitely give this place a visit!“

“When we walked in we were happily greeted by a gentleman. We were quickly to sit anywhere. It's a quiet restaurant with a T.V. on. I noticed it was packed with customers and a lot of orders from Door Dash so that's a plus! Food must be good here! Food was perfect, we ordered the #1 Special Combination, I had the Fat Noodle, husband was with egg noodles. Daughter had the #9 Shrimp and Fish balls with regular noodles. For the appetizer we had the calamari which was crispy! Definitely highly recommended. Services were great and quick! Don't forget to check in for a free Thai Tea or Soda.“

“Great, wonderful, amazing tasting Pho! We've been coming here for years and the food is always great. The spicy beef pho reminded me of tonkatsu ramen; really delicious. The only thing I didn't like on this recent visit was the way-too-loud speaker blasting country music (I'm not a fan). It was too loud, regardless of what kind of music they were playing, but the fact that it was county made it worse (for us). Please have some consideration for your patrons.“
“Best pho in town. I love the hearty but light broth. The flavors in it are amazing. My kids love the egg rolls, and my husband hasn't had a negative thing to say about any of the meals he has tried. Despite the modest staff, a quick and efficient service was delivered by a diligent female and male duo. The spot is impeccably clean, although not swanky. While the multitasking waitress, who also handles cooking and cleaning, may not check in frequently, their politeness stood out. I also had a Diet Coke, and the final bill, including tax, amounted to $16.50. Cheaper than most fast-food nowadays.“

“To get down to the point, this is excellent Pho. I've lived all over the country and everywhere we go we always eat Vietnamese, Thai, and Indian (north and south). We have had authentic Vietnamese Pho and this place does a great job. We have very good friends who are Vietnamese, so I have a pretty good idea of what Pho is suppose to be. Everything was fresh and the broth has the right depth of flavor. The broth is where you know right away if you're getting "good Pho." I will say for the ambience of this place, it's fun and young. I know that makes me sound old. They have it setup for a younger crowd and take orders via iPads. If you're looking somewhere to get good Pho that is fun and family friendly this is a great option. The price was in line for what I expected in California as well. The portion was very large, even for the small/regular size. I got 2 large meals out of it.“
