“I was craving pho while I was at the Davis Hospital, in which my wife had just given birth. I needed a place to relax. I thought to myself “what better way to relax than to eat pho?”. I’m usually pretty picky when it comes to pho, but seeing the reviews on here I had to try for myself. I think what I was impressed with the most was the speedy service. Right when you walk in, they take your order and then give you a seat. Let me tell you, before I got to my seat, the waitress already had my drink and my condiments on the table ready. I sat for no more than two minutes, and my plate was ready and served. Talk about excellent customer service. I 10 out of 10 recommend this place.“

Thank you to Anthony who waited on us and also indulged us by explaining the correct pronunciation of the Vietnamese dishes.

We ordered the Banh Xeo which was crispy perfection served with fresh vegetables, the Pho Filet Mignon & Fat Brisket (the broth was flavorful and there was a lot of meat) and the Pork over Vermicelli ( a classic which delivered en pointe). The portions were generous and fairly priced.

We will definitely go back and make this a favorite restaurant for us in Davis.“

“we came around noon on a friday and it was fairly empty, only 1 or 2 other tables with people. the store was quiet other than some music covers playing.

I got the bun bo hue and thai tea! the bun bo hue had a nice spice to it. the thai tea was good, not too sweet. our food came out fairly quickly, but it might be a wait if your party's bigger - I think they might only have 1 or 2 people working there. it'd be nice to come here again.“

“Highly recommend!!Coho has many great food options, but a steamy bowl of delicious pho after classes always hits the spot! Meat here is juicy, vegetables fresh, and the broth variety allows me to experiment with different soup tastes. On certain days, I also like to grab some freshly-made sushi, especially the Rainbow Roll! The staff is friendly and very fast, rolling through a big line during regular noon rush hour in no time!“

It can be a little difficult to find, especially if you’re just traveling through the area. The windows are quite dark, so from the outside it was hard to see inside. Overall, though, it’s a nice, affordable place to stop for a simple Vietnamese meal.“
