Lots of college kids eat here. The pho is very good. One of the best I ever gotten.
Pho was delicious with fresh noodles, the meats, soup are great. Vietnamese coffee was decent. Have to order and pay upfront before sitting down. Water is self service. I don't like tips are preset suggestions minimum 18%, 20%, and 20+% for no table service.
Hanoi pho is a must try! Slightly spicy soup base, clean, clear. Reminds me of Vietnam.
