Super delicious. The food gets a 5 star rating. I got the chicken and eggplant dish with white rice. The eggplant and chicken were perfectly cooked. The eggplant soft, but not soggy; and the chicken was very tender. The only complaint was the price for lunch, but I do understand that inflation is high right now. We went to Paste Thai for dinner for the first time, but definitely not the last. The restaurant was busy and full at 7:00 on a Saturday, but the wait time wasn't bad, about 15-20 mins. The service was great even though they only had 2 people serving. They were hustling. The food came out fresh, hot, and very tasty!
