I was craving Thai food and decided to try this place. The decor was stylish with all the baskets on the ceiling. The service was amazing and it's so cute when the kitchen staff is singing along to Thai music in the back while cooking. The red curry and steak salad were super tasty, the 2 of us finished off these two dishes pretty quickly. The pad see eew however was really salty. We couldn't eat much of it. But overall still a really good experience.“

“Visited Khobkoon on a holiday Monday for lunch. The restaurant sits in a strip mall/shopping center next to an Indian food restaurant. There were only two other tables with customers when we arrived, but I don’t hold that against them… it was lunchtime on Memorial Day.

The restaurant is on the smaller side, but doesn’t lack in personality. Darker tones and decor do feel authentic. Was immediately greeted by a gentleman who I would suspect is the owner. He was very courteous and seated us right away.

We were given their lunch menu, which appears to restrict many options available on their dinner menu (viewed it online). No big deal, it is lunch after all.

After reviewing the menu, we ordered a garden salad, Pad See-Ew with chicken and Kai Pad Kee Mao with chicken. Both entries were asked to be made with spicy level.

The salad came quickly and we were pleasantly surprised at the size. The salad comes with your typical iceberg lettuce, carrots, some red onion, sliced fresh tomatoes and sliced cucumber. The dressing is a Thai peanut style dressing, which you could see bits of peanuts in. It was also topped with some sort of fried topping, not sure entirely what it was. All of the produce was crisp and clearly fresh. However, while everything else was nice and cold, the dressing was warm… and I don’t mean like room temperature warm. Quite frankly, it was not a pleasant combination on a salad. The dressing itself tasted fine, but we felt it was muted a bit. Didn’t have that usual Thai peanut dressing tang to it. Nonetheless, it was fine.

The entries arrived at the same time (which isn’t always the case at Thai restaurants, so kudos). Our immediate reaction was… wow, this actually has some good spice to it. Far too often when I ask for spicy, I would get something that barely passes for black pepper spice. This was a refreshing change, actually spicy.

The Pad See Ew was good, the noodles cooked well (but I have to call out found several chunks that were stuck together), the vegetables and chicken were also cooked well, the flavor was good, but I would again argue a bit muted. The Kai Pad Kee Mao was really good, the rice was cooked perfectly and you could still get that fragrant jasmine rice flavor. Once again, the spice level was on point. My biggest wish here was just more vegetables.

While I have some critiques on the food, the service was 100%. We were warmly greeted, had fun conversation with the owner, the atmosphere is pleasant, and overall just a good experience.

I'm not sure if they've had a recent change in ownership or management, but we are sorely disappointed in the new policy of "no reservations for 'only' two people". My husband and I have been regular and frequent patrons since the month Siam Patio opened, and always reserve a table for every special occasion and holiday, including Christmas. Today I attempted to make my usual Christmas reservation for two on Christmas day. I was bluntly informed that if we had 'only two' people we would have to be walk ins. No reservations. The food may still be delicious, but the service and appreciation for dedicated customers is in the toilet. What a shame!“

“🇺🇸 We’ve probably been to Thai Terrace almost 5 times in the past 2 weeks already 😆 It has officially become one of our favorite restaurants ❤️

It all started when a friend invited us to walk around Arden Mall and mentioned there was a Thai restaurant nearby.This place right here. After eating, we could easily drive across to Nordstrom Rack and continue shopping. The location is honestly perfect: great food and shopping all in one area.

Since then, we’ve kept coming back again and again with friends, friends’ families, and our own family too because we genuinely want everyone we know to try this restaurant.

The restaurant is spacious, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere. Some Saturdays they have live music, and certain months they even host concerts featuring artists flown directly from Thailand 🎤🇹🇭

One of the best parts of coming with a group is getting to try so many different dishes and honestly, we’ve almost tried the entire menu by now. There are definitely a few dishes we always come back for.

Our must-order dishes are:
🍜 Boat Noodles - rich, flavorful broth that truly tastes like authentic Thai food back in Thailand.
🌶️ Pad Kra Pao with minced pork — especially if you order it Thai spicy style. Bold flavor, perfectly spicy, and tastes homemade like comfort food from home.

The drinks are also amazing:
🧋 Thai Tea Float and Green Tea Float — both topped with matching ice cream, which makes them extra delicious.

For dessert today, we tried 🍌 fried bananas with ice cream, and it was the perfect ending to the meal 🤍

“Thai Farm House is a hidden gem. I came here for a date recently, and it was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a while.

The restaurant has a beautifully intimate vibe that makes it perfect for a casual-special outing. The service was warm and attentive—just a really nice, welcoming energy all around that makes you want to stay a while.

The Food (10/10)

We tried a few different things, and honestly, every single dish was 🔥

• Spicy Chicken Wings: These are a must-order. They were super crispy with a sweet and sour glaze that hits all the right notes.

• Tom Yum: This wasn't your average broth. It was hearty, complex, and beautifully balanced with a bright lemongrass accent.

• Drunken Noodles (Beef): Deeply savory and delicious. The beef was tender, and the portions were great—we definitely didn’t leave hungry!

I was worried sweet/sour/spicy was in every menu item we selected but they each had a unique flavor, nothing tasted the same. Absolutely delicious.

The food here is excellent and honestly deserves 5 stars every time. Unfortunately, their inconsistent hours of operation make it hard to keep giving a full 5-star rating. Online it says they open at 12:00, but they often don’t open until 12:30 or later. I’ve shown up before during posted business hours and found them closed.

Today, I arrived at 12:30 and waited outside because we could see someone inside, but by 12:45 they still hadn’t opened, so we had to leave. If they had simply communicated there would be a delay and apologized for the inconvenience, we would have gladly waited.

The food is worth it, but customers shouldn’t have to guess when the restaurant will actually open. Within the short time we waited, they lost 3–4 customers — likely over $100 in business. My advice: if you’re planning to come, it may be safer to arrive closer to 1:00 PM.“

“We had dinner for the first time the other night and everything was excellent. I was the only Vegan in our group and they had quite a few vegan options. I had for starters the crispy tofu and spring rolls, also the Pad Thai and the rice mango dessert. Our waiter was on top of things and it was just an all-around great experience. “The portions and seasoning are on point at kin Thai. We had the spaghetti kee mao and the ga prao. I loved the northern influence with the kee mao (spiced sausage in lieu of say chicken, for example) and the spicy garlic chili sauce with the ga prao. I think this place will do super well at the 20/K street block. Take note this food comes with some different flavors and a decent amount of heat than you may be used to, but just know you will not be disappointed. Cheers!“

“So glad we have this place in Sac! It’s been one we’ve ordered from many times and the food is always reliably good. The sauces are absolutely delicious with the poached chicken. We always order chicken and rice, both poached and fried. One order with no skin and one with skin on, medium spicy. The garlic rice is also so good and goes perfectly with the chicken. We recently started ordering pork from there too, both on skewers and grilled pork. Both so flavorful and delicious with sticky rice. I highly recommend this place and will continue to order from here.

They have a website you can order from. Best to support them that way vs through the food apps. One important thing to note is that they operate a virtual restaurant so you go there to pick up the food and call them to bring it out to your car. I guess delivery through the food apps is convenient though but one constructive criticism I have is that I’ve had my order canceled through the app by the restaurant only to have to reorder. It’s happened twice so it’s not a one off and is something they should really look into to prevent it from happening.“
