Non-existent service. Waiter was on his phone the entire time rather than checking on us. I had to raise my voice in "excuse me" to get his attention several times. We needed to ask for 2 plates to go with our appetizers. I had to ask for 2 bowls to go with our soup and he brought them with one spoon. Ended up eating with the serving spoon. Customers shouldn't need to ask for basics like dishes and utensils. The food itself was good.
