“Pineapple fried rice with chicken and prawns was soooo good! I can’t get the taste out of my mind lol. A little late on the review. My wife and I went last week and I told the girl I loved the food so much I would leave the review when possible. But anyway. The customer service was great. She was really nice. They may need a little better lighting and some type of music going. But I definitely recommend their Thai food. We will be back for sure.“

“This is the best Thai food restaurant in Roseville! They are my go-to takeout restaurant and every time the food has been amazing. I love Thai food and have eaten it all over the world and I am thankful to live close by Sisters. Ordering online is very easy and the food is ready quickly. Their pricing is very fair and affordable. They also have great gluten free and dairy free options! Please give them a try, you won’t be disappointed! 😍“

“I ordered food through DoorDash and, amazingly, everything I ate was exceptional, leading me to discover a new favorite establishment that I also enjoy visiting in person. The generous portions necessitated a nap. Again, I am delighted to have found my new favorite restaurant.“

“This place is family owned and its the same man who answers the phone every time. They save your last order by your phone number so I always knows it’s ordered how we like it. Can make items vegan just by asking, I’ve noticed I have to explain it to other stores. Super sweet people and consistently good food. My daughter loves their Mango Sticky Rice. Updated from previous review on 2026-03-13“

“I highly recommend Siam Patio for drop in or take out. I'm not sure if they've had a recent change in ownership or management, but we are sorely disappointed in the new policy of "no reservations for 'only' two people". My husband and I have been regular and frequent patrons since the month Siam Patio opened, and always reserve a table for every special occasion and holiday, including Christmas. Today I attempted to make my usual Christmas reservation for two on Christmas day. I was bluntly informed that if we had 'only two' people we would have to be walk ins. No reservations. The food may still be delicious, but the service and appreciation for dedicated customers is in the toilet. What a shame!“

“Very impressed with their food. The flavors were really authentic! Brings me back to those night market stalls in Thailand. There’s hardly any places out there that really focuses on those extra little efforts of making their own sauces and pastes. They even go with fresh pineapples instead of canned. I can go on forever about the food and its flavors! Tip: If you love chicken satay, you’d love their Pra Ram! Overall, the entire experience was wonderful! Service was amazing. Highly recommend this spot!“

“Today is my mom’s birthday, it is a unique birthday because she is currently in the middle of battling cancer. She can only eat soft foods & is lactose intolerant so we thought having mango sticky rice as her birthday cake would work well as a substitute.
We ordered from Thai Smile & asked if they could make it pretty for my mom hoping they would turn the rice and mango into the shape of a heart or something.
They not only did that but MORE.
The owners of the restaurant & their staff went above and beyond and gave my mom flowers, personally wrote her a card, added a candle to her beautiful (and delicious) dessert, and even added in a thai tea. We ordered a few main courses as well! So so yummy.
We’re just strangers who randomly ordered online on a Wednesday. Their kindness and effort brought me to tears.
Thank you Thai Smile for giving us a positive memory to attach my mom’s 65th birthday to. In the midst of so much uncertainty and stress, this gave us hope.
The heart & soul of this small business speaks volumes. Please continue to support this local gem!“

“Definitely a hole in the wall restaurant with a unique and beautiful atmosphere, as well as excellent food and service. Personally, the Mango Curry dish was a superb choice for trying something new. The staff were so kind and welcoming which made the food even better. It was only by chance we chose to eat here, and we’re so glad we did. Am sure we’ll be back!!“

“5* Traveled all the way from Texas to eat Phaya Thia! It was delicious! We enjoyed the Tom Kha Soup with chicken, Drunken noodles with chicken, Pad See Ew with chicken and the Spicy fried rice with beef and Oolong Tea! Ask for CJ, the owner. Tell him the lady from Texas recommended him!“

“The papaya salad is to die for and the customer service has been great both times I have gone from the asian make owner! My guy friend and I have gone once for dining in and the second time when my guy friend and I got takeout. I can’t stop raving about the papaya salad! It’s a must try and I dream about it in my sleep it’s so good with the noodles and so spicy! Lol. I’m in love and drooling... o baby!!! Lol come here and eat, the other dishes are mediocre and the hot pot we tried the first time wa so so due to the broths we weren’t a fan of and the meat and seafood weren’t of good quality and had gone bad when we had gotten to them in the fridge. Just stick with the papaya salad and noodles and you will be good to go! Eat here and good eating! Cheers!“

“The food tastes truly authentic. My go to is Laap, Chicken wings, papaya salad, and Kapoon. I've tried almost everything on their menu besides fried rice (mostly because that's already a staple in my house lol). And I never have photos to post because we end up demolishing it as soon as we get it lol“

“I live about a mile from this restaurant. I keep coming back because the food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the serving portions are huge. You're always going to take home leftovers. And, they taste great reheated. You can also tell that the clientele is mostly locals, which says something.“

“Visited Khobkoon on a holiday Monday for lunch. The restaurant sits in a strip mall/shopping center next to an Indian food restaurant. There were only two other tables with customers when we arrived, but I don’t hold that against them… it was lunchtime on Memorial Day.
The restaurant is on the smaller side, but doesn’t lack in personality. Darker tones and decor do feel authentic. Was immediately greeted by a gentleman who I would suspect is the owner. He was very courteous and seated us right away.
We were given their lunch menu, which appears to restrict many options available on their dinner menu (viewed it online). No big deal, it is lunch after all.
After reviewing the menu, we ordered a garden salad, Pad See-Ew with chicken and Kai Pad Kee Mao with chicken. Both entries were asked to be made with spicy level.
The salad came quickly and we were pleasantly surprised at the size. The salad comes with your typical iceberg lettuce, carrots, some red onion, sliced fresh tomatoes and sliced cucumber. The dressing is a Thai peanut style dressing, which you could see bits of peanuts in. It was also topped with some sort of fried topping, not sure entirely what it was. All of the produce was crisp and clearly fresh. However, while everything else was nice and cold, the dressing was warm… and I don’t mean like room temperature warm. Quite frankly, it was not a pleasant combination on a salad. The dressing itself tasted fine, but we felt it was muted a bit. Didn’t have that usual Thai peanut dressing tang to it. Nonetheless, it was fine.
The entries arrived at the same time (which isn’t always the case at Thai restaurants, so kudos). Our immediate reaction was… wow, this actually has some good spice to it. Far too often when I ask for spicy, I would get something that barely passes for black pepper spice. This was a refreshing change, actually spicy.
The Pad See Ew was good, the noodles cooked well (but I have to call out found several chunks that were stuck together), the vegetables and chicken were also cooked well, the flavor was good, but I would again argue a bit muted. The Kai Pad Kee Mao was really good, the rice was cooked perfectly and you could still get that fragrant jasmine rice flavor. Once again, the spice level was on point. My biggest wish here was just more vegetables.
While I have some critiques on the food, the service was 100%. We were warmly greeted, had fun conversation with the owner, the atmosphere is pleasant, and overall just a good experience.
I would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.“
