The red curry is a standout dish with great flavor and a definite kick, while the green curry has the perfect thickness and is so good. The mango curry is also highly recommended, paired perfectly with their brown rice. Fresh rolls, crabmeat pancake with fresh fruits, and pad see ew with beef are other favorites, featuring chewy noodles and perfectly cooked beef. The food is fresh and tasty, with good portions. Service is very good and lightning fast, with food served within 10 minutes. Despite being a bit busy with takeout orders, the lone server is efficient and friendly. The owner adds a personal touch to the dining experience. With next-level Thai food, Sai Varee Thai Cuisine is a top contender and worth a visit—possibly the best in the greater Sacramento area.
