Originally went to the Waffle Barn with a couple of neighbors on Saturday, August 12, 2023. Below is my review: Waffle Barn is a restaurant that is hidden in plain sight. Have been to the Safeway Supermarket in the same shopping center to go shopping on various occasions and never notice this restaurant. It was ok, I will say the Pancakes are huge and fluffy the way I like em but.... the omelette completely failed. My 4 year old nephew could make a better looking omelette. If they can get a real good looking omelette and not have it come out like scrambled eggs with toppings, then it would be a 5 star.
