I really love the atmosphere. I have always had good service here, especially from the young folks. The coffee is good and there is no other place that has real biscotti like Flour Garden. But...they have increased their prices to the point it is more expensive to go here for a coffee and pastry than it is to go to lunch in one of our local restaurants. Grass Valley has two Flour Gardens to choose from. I prefer the atmosphere of the Brunswick location, but the sweet treats, coffee, and food are good both places. The downtown Flour Garden is a go to place to grab coffee and maybe a bagel for breakfast.

We went here later in the day, and picked Flour over other pastry shops due to the extensive selection for various family members. However, between the several items we got, and sharing most of them, we found everything to just be 'okay'. This included: croissants, pastries, and bread.
