Raleys has staff that work very hard, recently they have been understaffed. The problem with the Raleys is not the staff or really any of the store itself but the "patrons" or "customers". These customers seem to have not attended preschool to learn basic patience and care. They never learned about the golden rule, nor do they care about those around them and what they may be dealing with. Seems silly to write a review for a supermarket deli sandwich making experience, but here we are. Just ordered a Santa Cruz and had the best customer service. We were in kind of late (7:30p?) but the employee was friendly and seemed so happy to make our sandwich. She made our visit a good one.
I went back today to get more suishi at Raleys in Grass Valley. I pre-ordered on the phone to ensure I got what I was craving for. Ordered 2 of the spicy crunchy rolls, a made to order poke bowl (I added tuna) and the chefs sampler.This is for 3 people to share today!A special thanks to KIMMIE for going out of her way to get my order in as the suishi station was not answering.
