Good pasties, but you gotta have them heat it up in the oven until they get all nice and hot and crispy. Then you will have a proper hot handheld meal encased in the baked dough, containing the gravy and meat and veg, all for the taking. You are the king of your lunch. Do not accept the microwaved crust.Kid-friendliness: Challenge your kid to eat 2 full pasties. If they can do that, they're probably not a kid after all.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes!
The smallest little shop with some delicious hand held savory pasties. Cash or check only, not cards. The price is right at $6.50 for the regular size which was a perfect meal for me. The dough was soft and buttery. The filling was a hearty blend of pork sausage, potato, and seasonings. There's 4 two-person tables and the pasties are fresh daily, never frozen. I've been going here since i was a little kid, I'm 43 now. Hands down the best pasties I have ever had. They have never let me down. If you're around Grass Valley and you're looking for something delicious to fill you up without breaking your wallet, then look no further. A Must Have Everytime I'm back in town.
