Always amazing, at a great price. You can buy them ready eat or frozen ready to reheat. A great meal with a bit of history.

So I've come here since I was a child. I went today and got a small and man have the gone down in size yet up in price. When I say small I mean SMALL.. They still taste great but not worth it anymore.

I've been going here since i was a little kid, I'm 43 now. Hands down the best pasties I have ever had. They have never let me down. If you're around Grass Valley and you're looking for something delicious to fill you up without breaking your wallet, then look no further. A Must Have Everytime I'm back in town.

Best pasties in town, we've been buying them for over 50 years. We always have some in the freezer for emergencies!

Good pasties, but you gotta have them heat it up in the oven until they get all nice and hot and crispy. Then you will have a proper hot handheld meal encased in the baked dough, containing the gravy and meat and veg, all for the taking. You are the king of your lunch. Do not accept the microwaved crust.Kid-friendliness: Challenge your kid to eat 2 full pasties. If they can do that, they're probably not a kid after all.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes!

The smallest little shop with some delicious hand held savory pasties. Cash or check only, not cards. The price is right at $6.50 for the regular size which was a perfect meal for me. The dough was soft and buttery. The filling was a hearty blend of pork sausage, potato, and seasonings. There's 4 two-person tables and the pasties are fresh daily, never frozen. Unless you choose to order them and then you can get them cold or frozen for later consumption. It was simple, but delicious comfort food. The family business has been operating for over 50 years so they know a good Cornish pasty!

Good pasty. After 40+ years, can't be wrong! Has been in Grass Valley going on the 3rd generation. Many choices for fillings, one bound to satisfy everyone. A little salty pastry dough for me, but otherwise we enjoyed the chicken pasty the best. We tried three flavors, turkey, broccoli and cheese, & the chicken. They come in 2 sizes, large and small, and are baked & made fresh daily. Take home and warm up in oven or MW, which we did and pastry held up well. A traditional nod to Cornish & the miners who came to this area. Fun to eat on a picnic.

This is a must stop place when you are visiting grass valley. There's nothing better than a traditional English pastie for a lunch snack. I always try to buy at least a half a dozen to take them and freeze, they reheat quickly and beautifully. Marshalls is an institution, I'm happy to see the Next Generation carrying the torch. The sausage is my favorite, followed by the chicken and beef

So let me start by saying I'm from southwest England so I know what a Cornish pasty isWas brought up with them and still make themDecided to go trad as I make my own I had sausage which had a nice flavour but could have done with a bit more sausageWife had ham and cheese. She said not much ham or cheese, mostly potatoWhat was really disappointing was the pastry. Both pasties had a non crispy pastry that was not short. It wasn't soggy, just not a nice shortcrust pastryPrices were reasonable

Best pasties in town! These pasties are seriously delicious. You can get them warm, but I usually order several cold to eat later. I personally love the vegetable and broccoli & cheese, and eat them with malt vinegar.Thank you Marshall's! We love you!

Best savory pasties outside of the UK. We ordered the beef and sausage. Sausage was perfectly spiced and the beef was beyond delicious. Prices are very reasonable. Only disappointment is that they don’t ship! ?
