Caroline's Coffee Roasters is a must-visit coffee shop known for its unique and delicious coffee drinks. The Chai Lemonade is a popular choice, and the espresso and special mocha are highly recommended. The baristas are friendly and trained to pull espresso like a boss. The coffee is roasted on the premises, available both for consumption there and to take away. The atmosphere is laid-back, cozy, and comfortable, with a homey ambiance and fresh flowers, offering a homier feel than corporate chains. Prices are respectable. The space is cozy, and full of beautifully curated plants and coffee/tea accessories. It is the best coffee hangout in Grass Valley. However, it's not a great place for vegans as there is nothing to eat.
