“If you are a Wood-Fired Pizza fan and happen to be driving by Colfax, CA and are hungry or soon will be, pull over and check this place out! The pizzas are made to perfection, with just the right amount of crispiness on the pizza and the different choices for toppings are amazing! We got the pear with arugula and Gorgonzola cheese along with mixed greed salad and both were delicious. I only wished my stomach was bigger!“

“New owner has a new interesting menu reflecting Italian and Greek tastes. Great thin crust pizzas. Serving sizes are very large. Clean and nice family atmosphere. Good friendly service. “Casa Las Katarinas has been one of our longtime favorites—ever since the days in Nevada City with the original owners, David and Delia. Since their move down to Alta Sierra, the magic has only grown. The new owners, Barbara M. and David M., have elevated everything while keeping the heart of the place intact. And the staff? They feel like family. Amy and Dakota are truly the best—warm, attentive, and always smiling. The food is authentically and consistently delicious. Their chile rellenos (baked, not fried!) are perfection, and the fish tacos are flat-out unbelievable. Whenever my family comes up from Silicon Valley, Casa Las Katarinas is always our first stop. From my veggie wife, to our vegan daughters, to our meat-loving sons-in-laws—everyone finds something they love. Absolutely a must-go. One of those rare places that just keeps getting better.“

“A 10 year old boy was very very happy to have a Celiac safe burger. after learning that there were Gluten Free options he spent the rest of the day trying to convince me we had to try Pine Street Burgers. it was very worth it. we look forward to our next visit! also I loved the garlic and onion cheeseburger🤤“

“The nutburger was very crispy, almost like a fried chicken batter consistency. It's a nice change from moister, chunkier nut burgers, so set expectations right. There are many sandwich options with tofu, tempeh, and commercial veg burger patties, plus Veganaise, vegan "honey mustard", and even Violife cheese! Vegan options are labeled AND anything vegetarian can be made vegan. Homemade cookies are vegan (chocolate chip OR peanut butter oatmeal). One of the owners is vegan! So they are super friendly and knowledgeable.“

“Grew up eating B&R 31 Flavors unfortunately I now live in Northern Minnesota and there isn’t any B&R but I always got either Mint Chocolate Chip or Bubblegum was really disappointed they didn’t have any my granddaughter wanted that and so did 2 other little girls waiting to order“

“As a local Grass Valley resident this is one of my favorite Pizza places. I love that we can order by the slice I believe any kind of pizza you want and the slices are huge big enough to share with a friend. I've also had sandwiches and their fries they were fresh hot delicious! I don't drink myself but it certainly was available lots of variety of beer and people seem to be enjoying it“
