I live nearby in Nevada City and have always loved this place. I heard they recently had a change in ownership and some things were upgraded so I wanted to come check it out!The New England clam chowder in a toasted sourdough bread bowl was absolutely delicious. Killer pretzels and The Winston was amazing! They also have a wide variety of beers on tap. I have been craving BMD since July so I flew all the way from Hawaii just to stop at my favorite restaurant. It was 100% worth it. I always start with a GIANT pretzel, beer cheese, and some house smoked wings for the table. I usually get The Rango as my main, but today's special was a tri-tip sandwich on garlic bread... I couldn't resist. Make sure to always check their specials board, it changes daily. They have an extensive beer and wine list, plus non alcoholic drinks as well....read full review
