We’ve been going here for over a year and they know to do the whole thing vegan when they see us!!! Sadly they aren’t making the vegan pastrami anymore- the gal who made it retired. The nutburger, chipotle bean burger and tofu sandwiches (I like to add tofu to the veggie sandwich) are good!!! They use violife and are well-versed in exactly what sauces are vegan too- always specify and they’ll make it right!

The nutburger was very crispy, almost like a fried chicken batter consistency. It's a nice change from moister, chunkier nut burgers, so set expectations right.
There are many sandwich options with tofu, tempeh, and commercial veg burger patties, plus Veganaise, vegan "honey mustard", and even Violife cheese! Vegan options are labeled AND anything vegetarian can be made vegan.
Homemade cookies are vegan (chocolate chip OR peanut butter oatmeal).
