This is one of my number one go-to spots in Chico! Ever since my friend introduced me to this place I’ve probably gone at least once a week. Great prices, quick service, fresh food, friendly people, and a no-nonsense atmosphere. Don’t come in expecting anything fancy. It’s a hole in the wall in the BEST possible way. First time coming here! Parking is a little weird to find but it works out.The build is small but homely. Walking in, we got seated and waters right away. The place is really awkwardly quiet. I think they would benefit from adding a TV or music just to add a more welcoming atmosphere.We ordered summer rolls (A1) Pho (B10) and B26. It was a bit of a wait. We ordered two Pho with the beef meats and one Pho with the chicken and shrimp, to-go. It was delicious!? All the food was prepared fresh and served hot! The staff made sure my order was complete and correct, the first time. My family gave the Vietnam Bistro two thumbs up! ??Be patient with the person on the phone if you order take-out. English is their second language. Politely ask them to read back your order so you know what they heard and they get your order correct ?
