The staff at this location go above and beyond on customer service. Staff are fast, courteous, and super friendly, working as a team and communicating to quickly get orders out. You can hear singing and see smiling. They take time to help people who don’t understand the menu, even when it’s busy. The design inside out is absolutely loved, with bathroom sinks unlike anything seen before. The service is very upbeat. However, it can get crazy busy and the homeless and illegal activity can be borderline aggressive. The staff are kind despite these hurdles. There are homeless who bring dogs and let them lay on benches, which is disgusting. Recently remodeled, the location is wheelchair accessible. Ordering online beforehand is recommended.
