employees are cool and music is great for studying working thinking or trying not to think
Location was clean. Bathrooms were clean. The baristas were so preoccupied with the drive thru, they neglected the register. We sat down and placed a mobile order. No big deal, but even that is taking a lot longer than expected.
Veronica Davis is absolutely Amazing!! We enjoy Starbucks drinks, but continue to go to this specific location because of her! She remembers my Sugar-free Venti latte with Whip every time. Thanks for making Every day better Veronica!

The staff at this location go above and beyond on customer service. Staff are fast, courteous, and super friendly, working as a team and communicating to quickly get orders out. You can hear singing and see smiling. They take time to help people who don’t understand the menu, even when it’s busy. The design inside out is absolutely loved, with bathroom sinks unlike anything seen before. The service is very upbeat. However, it can get crazy busy and the homeless and illegal activity can be borderline aggressive. The staff are kind despite these hurdles. There are homeless who bring dogs and let them lay on benches, which is disgusting. Recently remodeled, the location is wheelchair accessible. Ordering online beforehand is recommended.
