“always been great service and amazing food but tonight was an experience I'd never encountered food amazing as always but service was far below my normal experience. main reason being I was charged an automatic gratuity because of a large party that I understand what I don't understand is the audacity to charge me a automatic gratuity and still charge me for a second drink after I didn't receive my meal till I asked for it 3 times after everyone else had already ate. mind you 5 people showed up after everyone else but my cousin and I got to watch everyone else eat l. will never lie food is always awesome cant blame chefs, or the guys at sushi bar today was just horrible service“

“Fantastic dinner at Vietnam Bistro! I had the broken rice plate with egg loaf and grilled chicken, and my husband had a spicy soup with meatballs. Both were EXCELLENT — this is the best Vietnamese food I’ve had in years. They have a patio in front of the restaurant and a pleasant indoor dining room. I will certainly return here the next time I’m in Chico!“

“I stopped by here later in the evening after a full day working and visiting a family member in the hospital. So I was pretty tired when I arrived. A nice young man came over and immediately asked me what I wanted. I just wanted food and rest. He recommended some good dishes. Served me up with a smile. And off I went. So overall, it was a great experience. If I had any gripe, it would be the food was sooo sweet. Prefer my food less sweet. However, I enjoyed every bite.“
