“Our first visit to Red Lantern Solaire North was a pleasant surprise. Though the branch is smaller, the service remained consistent and warm—just as we’ve always known it. The food was exceptional as ever, with the beef served in a box so tender it almost melted in the mouth. The hot prawn salad and mango roll were standouts, while the kataifi—a dessert that Red Lantern has uniquely served for nearly a decade—remains unmatched. It was a wonderful family meal, reaffirming why Red Lantern will always be our go-to place for celebrations and special moments. PS. They also have Chinese Tea presentation and the 1000 mask dance.“

“Had a great experience at Lincoln Chinese Restaurant. The food was delicious, flavorful, and came out hot and fresh. Portions were very generous for the price, which is hard to find nowadays. Definitely felt like we got our money’s worth.

Service was friendly and quick, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Everything we ordered tasted great, and there were plenty of leftovers to take home. This has easily become one of our go-to spots for Chinese food in the area. Highly recommend!“

“The best and authentic dumpling spot in town. You can see through a glass window how they make dumplings so you know its not some frozen packaged dookie. Soup dumplings and pork dumplings were my favorite. Other dishes like chicken chowmein, walnut shrimp, and orange chicken are exceptionally good and not even comparable to panda express. Really really good food. Highly recommend.“

“Our homestead is within walking distance, I’ve tried most of the different options and not been disappointed. Huge portions Wonton soup is great and the shrimp chicken and pork dishes are excellent chow mein and bbq pork fried rice is very good.“

“I was in the mood for good Chinese food and I was in Rocklin. I consulted the Google, which told me to venture northeast 2 clicks and Boom ! The food here is excellent. I had to soft Hong Kong style House Chow Mein. It was really tasty and waiter filled my coke twice without me asking. My actual helping was twice as big. I ate over half of it before taking this picture ! If I lived here I would be a regular customer.

“Best chinese food in the Sacramento area. My wife and I were super excited to find this location near us, we will be regular and repeat customers for sure. We love spicy dishes, and we ordered some non-spicy for our kids with us, all bangers. We ordered the beef noodles, the green bean with eggplant, the pork and cauliflower, and the white fish in peppercorn soup. All excellent, very friendly staff. If you are new to Sacramento area or just passing through looking for authentic chinese food you will not be dissapointed.“

“Sonora location. Tried when first opened and few weeks ago. It was clean (new) and great service. Re-visited yesterday and totally the opposite! Counter was dirty, all food was low. It was 4 o’clock and not busy. The cook, other gentleman and waitress was very unprofessional and unsanitary! The cook, yes while wearing gloves, continued to touch dirty services and our food. At one point he had his cell phone in his hand looking at it while cooking our food. Phone back in dirty pocket, touching his hair then back to cooking our food! The conversation between the three of them were load and unprofessional. I was so ready to leave! Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.“

We ordered the salt and pepper wings, the Sizzling Three Kind, and the chicken chow mein. Unfortunately, they were out of the chow fun, but we'll definitely be back to try it next time.

The customer service was a 10/10. The woman who helped us was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive.

The food arrived hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. Each table was stocked with everything you could need, including Sriracha, chili oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper, which was a nice touch.

They were so busy and a customer literally got in line unprepared to order and taking orders on the phone while the line got longer and others were losing it. Juan was gracious and calm. Amazing! I Would've asked the customer to step out of line until ready. This young man is to be commended as are the other wait staff and Chefs at this location. Never have I ever went to fast food and had such great staff helping me. Everyone was so nice and friendly and the restaurant is super clean. Thanks to the ladies working today who were so nice.“

“This Panda location is pure, authentic, 100% Grade-A awesome :) I actually drive quite a bit out of my way to come to this specific restaurant location because of the truly wonderful people who staff and run this restaurant. I have had the distinct pleasure of interacting most often on my visits with three of the highly capable counter servers on many occasions; these being Jeuwena, Lilly and Anthony.. All three of them are you truly gems of humanity in their own unique ways, but the common denominator amongst them is the gifted manner in which they present a friendly, welcoming and extremely positive approach to customer interaction. They are all of them legitimately kind, intelligent, full of good humor and highly capable in the customer service arena.... it is such a smile-inducing experience to know such capable and worthy young people are the customer-facing associates staffing this location. The nighttime manager at this location is an extremely kind person and a talented supervisor, though I have yet to learn her name to extend her due credit in this review, though she absolutely deserves the recognition. The cooks and kitchen staff are clearly also highly skilled, hard-working and resultingly the dishes somehow all taste better from this particular Panda than from any of the others which I've patroned in the area :). It is said that every job is worth doing if you take pride in what you do, and if you do it well. Every one of the employees and supervisors here exemplify that in every manner, and it is duly impressive to see such a well-run, well-managed restaurant employing the absolute gold standard of people who clearly care very much about quality and treating their customers well. I applaud them both from a professional perspective as well as a personal one. Lest I forget to mention, even the internal counter and eating areas are remarkably clean and well-appointed. I very much hope Panda Express as a corporation takes note of this location and acknowledges the high level of effort and unfailing accomplishment it engenders; it is well deserved. There are other great food in the mall, but consistently is this food branch strength.

But the best part about this Panda is you can mix and match from different eateries!

“Shout out to Josh who I heard politely discussing an issue with a mobile order with his coworker(not mine), then assisting an older gentleman who was having the difficulty with it. He was polite to me and asked if he could help the man first, he was patient and kind to him and took his time to provide customer service regardless of it being busy at 5:30pm. We need more people like Josh in the world. I hope they appreciate him as part of their team because he was 10/10.“

“Wow, what a treat! While checking out the food court on a slow day the lady from Little Tokyo pulled me in for some samples before pointing out the combo's. The Pineapple chicken is absolutely delicious! The cheapest combo comes with so much. Already ate the sesame mochi before the photo. Going to come back for a pork bun and skewer next time.“

Other staff however rudely looked back and ignored her asking several times what the wait would be so we never got our answer. Hanna was quick to attempt to give us a guess on the wait but we figured we would get something else. Other staff were very rude.
