“It's a neighborhood authentic Chinese restaurant with a family atmosphere. I grew up in the Bay Area with access to the Oakland and San Francisco Chinatown, so I know what authentic Chinese food is supposed to taste like. We looked through Yelp and decided to go to this place, and we found a gem!“

“Regularly dine her for lunch, came here for dinner tonight. Absolutely love this place! I typically stick to the chicken dishes (cashew, lemon, general - all tasty!) but sweet and sour pork was a delightful treat with my combo dinner. Wonton soup is perfection every time.“

If she serves your meal, be sure to order extra becuase she will skimp you with the smallest portions possible. She scooped my orange chicken then shook a few pieces off the scoop like it was coming out of her check or something. I told her FULL SCOOPS and she mumbled something under her breath. Other than her, this place is perfect“

“Ate here for dinner before going to the movies last week. Food was really good and the service was wonderful. Andy was very helpful with the choice of our food. Definitely a family style dinner and since it was just 2 of us, it was too much.

I ordered veggies, but was not prepared for how much it was. It was also a bit plain, like very little salt or seasoning. We both also ordered individual rice orders and they brought it on 1 plate. Just A LOT of food.

Don't think I would go back unless I bring a large group.“

“Recently ate lunch here and was so pleasantly surprised! Our meals were made to order and you could see the cooking staff making the meals. Had Kung Pow Chicken, Won Ton Soup and a beef dish I forget. What I won’t forget is how delicious it all was. And generous portions! Needed to go boxes. This place is a hidden gem. It’s now on my radar. Hope people come in to give it a try! Really sweet staff and nothing bad to say. I love this place!“

“So glad I tried the Mandarin chicken. It's really good. I got the lunch special, which came with egg drop soup.

The Mandarin chicken is battered chicken pieces covered in a sauce that reminds me of sweet and sour sauce. The chicken was hot and crispy and the fried rice that came with it was also delicious (had pieces of Asian sausages and BBQ pork, which I love).

The service is great too. Most of the seats are booth seating and the lady who took my order came back several times to check that I have enough water and that everything was good. Thank you!“

I’m so glad we called Golden Palace.They were polite, prompt, and most importantly; the food (veggie egg foo young, sesame tofu ( soooo dang delicious!), chicken fried rice.Everything was fresh and excellent!!Thank you Golden Palace ?

“The service is very good and polite. In my opinion, the prices are higher than expected for this type of food, service, or atmosphere. I suspect the location contributes to the pricing. Lots of meat on top of the patties. It's under new management and still same good food.“

“My wife and I came here for lunch. We ordered the curry chicken and the Mongolian beef with a side of cheese puffs and white rice. The Mongolian beef was just ok but the star of our lunch was the curry chicken. The curry chicken was great. The Cheese puffs is where the meal could have had some improvement, maybe a little chives or something, not just lava hot and runny cream cheese. But for the most part a good place to eat. I will try some other dishes next time.“

“I came in on a whim on the way home. I’m wondering why the after school crowd is not here? Dumplings seem like the perfect after school snack! I ordered Pork, Shrimp and Mushroom Dumplings. They were perfect. The spring rolls had the right crunch without being greasy. Tasty. And the mixed vegetables was a yummy salad with a unique dressing. It was so good! Where is everyone? And you can watch them make the dumplings right in front of you! So good! And I have leftovers!!“
