Very casual. In a small strip mall. Mostly take out but they have 4 tables. Good air conditioning. Friendly family run place, grandma usually making dumplings at the corner table. Best dumplings in El Dorado county. They cook to their clientele, food is good for anglo style Chinese food. Not going to find some authentic specialty dishes here. Service is quick, good spot to grab something quickly. Right off the freeway. I eat here about once a month.
