“This place has the absolute BEST egg flower soup. It actually has more than a little egg and a couple of chives in it. The Happy Family is the bomb! Try the Salt Baked Shrimp, soo crunchy. For appetizer have the Poo Poo platter, the best of everything. I've tried many dishes and have never been disappointed in a meal. I've eaten at every chinese restaurant in Placerville for the 40+ years I've lived here and Grand China IS the BEST!!! Go you will not be disappointed if so I'll have one of my cows give you a kiss. Just joking 🤗“

“We had a birthday dinner at Wonderful Chinese last night. When the reservations were made, I mentioned we were celebrating 3 birthdays. I did this to see if it would be okay to bring in a birthday cake and they said no problem. Much to our surprise when it was time for cake they brought out one, they had bought to add to the celebration. It was very touching and even more fun to hear Happy Birthday sung in Chinese. Thank you to everyone at Wonderful Chinese for a scrumptious dinner and helping us to make some special memories!“

The rangoons were nice and crispy, honey walnut shrimp was perfectly cooked and delicious, hot and sour soup was pleasantly spicy, and the cashew chicken and General chicken we had were also very tasty! Large portions, even for the combo meals. So glad we stopped here for dinner!“
