They have a leftover special where all the food they didn't sell that they made previously gets put in the fridge and you can buy a plate for a really affordable price, except you don't get to pick what's on it. The food quality generally speaking is above average, yet some of it is way too spicey so be careful and maybe ask about the spiciness first. Check their hours. They do a lunch break in the middle of the day where the close shop to go eat. If you order before they take their lunch it's really decently priced. If you come in and order after their lunch break the prices skyrocket and it's not really worth going.“

“On Monday, October 27, 2025, I visited the Panda Express in Oroville, California just before 9pm, along with my boyfriend and my brother. Having many years of experience working in restaurants and fast food establishments, it was obvious to me that we came in at a time when they had just finished a small rush of dinner business, and another rush was starting just as we walked in. The entire staff was focused and did a great job. The cooking staff was quickly putting out freshly made food, and the counter and drive thru staff were efficient, friendly and accurate. We were helped by
Lyeanna, and I was very impressed by her ability to keep our complicated order straight, juggle several other tasks, and have such a great attitude and smile on her face all the way through a hectic time of day that was near the end of her shift. She is clearly a hard working and dedicated young lady, and her customer service skills are outstanding.“
