“Jack’s Family Restaurant absolutely delivered. We ordered the Ultimate Breakfast Burrito, the Pick Your Breakfast, and the Mini Jumbo — every plate came out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. Portions were huge for the price, and everything tasted homemade and satisfying.

What really stood out was the service. Our drinks were constantly refilled without ever having to ask, and the staff stayed friendly and attentive the entire time. It’s hard to find places anymore that combine great food, fair prices, and genuinely excellent customer service like this.

If you’re in Chico and want a solid breakfast spot with big portions and a welcoming atmosphere, Jack’s is definitely worth the stop.“

“I absolutely love their Hmong sausage and sticky rice. Also, in my opinion, they have the BEST spicy sauce I've ever had. Whenever I think about their food my mouth waters. You like spicy food, try the Hmong sausage, I'm sure you won't be disappointed“

“Our sandwiches were exceptional. I could only eat 1/2 of mine, my husband gorged himself on his. We were not disappointed! We'll definitely go back.
My only gripe is that the chair backs and counter were sticky. They really needed to be wiped down with a damp rag. I wiped them with a dry rag that the cook gave me, which didn't do much good. Somebody should keep up with that.
But, the food was out of this world!“

“We had it to go so I can't talk about that atmosphere. But the server was very helpful with us showing us how to use the app as we are seniors and sometimes those things are overwhelming. She was very kind and we are thankful for that and she got our food right and whoever made it they did a good job.“

“I was so excited to see a Cane’s going up in Chico. We had them in SoCal and I really missed having one close by ( there is one in Yuba).

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Food is fresh, hot, crunchy, and the sauce is legend as always. If you don’t like the sauce, it’s just strips and fries. The sauce really makes it pop.

To all the haters about the “extra stuff no one wants“, I’ll have you know there’s a whole bunch of us that love the toast and coleslaw thank you very much!

Like anything else in life, if it’s not for you, it’s not for you. But I love me some Raising Cane’s!“

“3 of us dined in early Friday PM. 2 of us were new to the brand. 2 guys behind the counter were having fun and included us as they took our order and prep 👍
The whole process was smooth and quick....
Pizzas came out quickly - hot and eye appealing. Note: pizza maker was on his game and it was noticeable, he enjoyed what he was doing 👍
Note 2: the reason for the 4 stars (Food) had more to do with me not enjoying 100% of my selection (The Jasper). The spicy chicken was off tasting. A little like small frozen nuggets (of spicy something) than real chicken pieces.
However my 2 other diners loved their selections.
We will be back and I will try some different ingredients, next time...

“We pulled up to order today and my four year old son needed to use the restroom. Their dining room was open so we went in and asked for the code to the restroom before we ordered. At first someone told me they weren’t open to the public and I was pretty frustrated, admittedly getting ready to Karen, then a guy gave me code. My son went to the restroom and when we came out we ordered. When we left my husband said that the first person told the guy that he was going to get written up for giving us the code. Thank you for making a judgement call and giving us the code so our four year old didn’t have to pee himself or find a place outside!!! I hope he doesn’t get written up but if he does, I want him to know I appreciate him!“

“This is my first time here. Jordan and Martin did my sandwich and were very nice and the food was fresh and delicious! Also good quantity of meat unlike some competition. “I stopped by here later in the evening after a full day working and visiting a family member in the hospital. So I was pretty tired when I arrived. A nice young man came over and immediately asked me what I wanted. I just wanted food and rest. He recommended some good dishes. Served me up with a smile. And off I went. So overall, it was a great experience. If I had any gripe, it would be the food was sooo sweet. Prefer my food less sweet. However, I enjoyed every bite.“

“05/29/26 PROS: AMAZING customer service from Wijet at the register, honestly most of our rating is thanks to him because he was so friendly, fast, accommodating, informative, patient, multitasking, and completely accurate. Good food if you know what and how to order, clean bathroom.

CONS: overpriced, too much mayo on their regular burgers, portion of sides way too small, you need a code for the bathroom.“

“HEnjoyed a burrito bowl for lunch today; it was a decent, average experience. The flavors were present, though nothing particularly stood out to make it a memorable meal. It certainly filled me up, which was the primary goal for this midday repast. I'd consider it an option again if convenience is key, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. The young man working the drive thur window was friendly and initiated a conversation while waiting for our food. You don’t get friendliness nowadays, especially at fast food restaurants so was pleasantly surprised.“
