“We love coming to Jacks. The service is great and the food is always delicious! I wanted to write a review because our server today Michelle was exceptional and she deserves to be recognized for her amazing customer service. My parents were visiting from out of town and they were so pleased with how she treated us. Thank you Michelle for your kindness!“

“I absolutely love their Hmong sausage and sticky rice. Also, in my opinion, they have the BEST spicy sauce I've ever had. Whenever I think about their food my mouth waters. You like spicy food, try the Hmong sausage, I'm sure you won't be disappointed“

“Food was good. We had the chicken Bacon Ranch Pita w/ out the jalepeno ranch and used regular ranch instead. My order was forgotten but the lead made it right and gave me a free cookie. Also gave my husband a free cookie for his birthday so that was nice. Id go back food was worth it.“

The whole process was smooth and quick....
Pizzas came out quickly - hot and eye appealing. Note: pizza maker was on his game and it was noticeable, he enjoyed what he was doing 👍
Note 2: the reason for the 4 stars (Food) had more to do with me not enjoying 100% of my selection (The Jasper). The spicy chicken was off tasting. A little like small frozen nuggets (of spicy something) than real chicken pieces.
However my 2 other diners loved their selections.
We will be back and I will try some different ingredients, next time...

“We pulled up to order today and my four year old son needed to use the restroom. Their dining room was open so we went in and asked for the code to the restroom before we ordered. At first someone told me they weren’t open to the public and I was pretty frustrated, admittedly getting ready to Karen, then a guy gave me code. My son went to the restroom and when we came out we ordered. When we left my husband said that the first person told the guy that he was going to get written up for giving us the code. Thank you for making a judgement call and giving us the code so our four year old didn’t have to pee himself or find a place outside!!! I hope he doesn’t get written up but if he does, I want him to know I appreciate him!“

“The chicken salad sandwich is so good, I want to eat it every day. They are so good at getting the bacon I add on to be perfectly crispy. The Chico Jersey Mike's does need better parking. But that chicken salad is worth the parking hassle.“

“We had it to go so I can't talk about that atmosphere. But the server was very helpful with us showing us how to use the app as we are seniors and sometimes those things are overwhelming. She was very kind and we are thankful for that and she got our food right and whoever made it they did a good job.“

“I had a great experience at Raising Cane’s! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The fries were crispy, the toast was great, and of course the Cane’s sauce was excellent.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided great customer service. My order was prepared quickly and everything was fresh and tasty.

Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend Raising Cane’s to anyone looking for a quick, fresh, and delicious meal!“

“I stopped by here later in the evening after a full day working and visiting a family member in the hospital. So I was pretty tired when I arrived. A nice young man came over and immediately asked me what I wanted. I just wanted food and rest. He recommended some good dishes. Served me up with a smile. And off I went. So overall, it was a great experience. If I had any gripe, it would be the food was sooo sweet. Prefer my food less sweet. However, I enjoyed every bite.“

“My guy and I we're able to channel our inner fat boy and walk, or rather waddle out for under $14. Service was great and the dining room was clean. It was a bit too cold in there however. So much so that walking out into the 96° weather actually felt good afterward. Other than that, perfecto!“

“I've been coming to this Subway for the past five years, and it has always had amazing service, especially during the busy lunch rush. Since the new ownership took over, a lot has changed. The new crew a few months ago wasn't a great experience.
The one exception is Abby. I've seen her working here for years, and she has always been friendly, professional, and incredibly fast. It's really unfair that she's often the only employee working during the lunch rush. Even by herself, she does an amazing job serving customers quickly while staying kind and welcoming.
The owner should schedule more employees during the lunch hours. My son is in high school, and he says that last past years there were always 3 employees working during lunch, so students could get in and out quickly. He says last year was always one employee several times I really wish they had kept the previous staff. The young ladies and young man who worked here were always fast, friendly, and provided excellent service.“

“We go to this Panda Express location a few times a month. Our every time experience was okay. But this recent visit, their customer service was outstanding. Lilly went above and beyond to help us with our entree selections. She was patient and kind the whole time. We will definitely be coming back more often.“

“Tried this location a few weeks back. I'm from the bay so this is nothing new to me. With them just opening up, expect things to be busy and not so perfect, it happens. Give them time & patience as it's only been open for a month. I had no complaints, food was good for what it is. I mean it's as good as Chic Fil-A has been for me at the bay area locations. I didn't wait that long for food, maybe 10-15 mins during the dinner rush. I feel like once the small things get dealt with (construction, drive thru, and customer service) which actually wasn't bad at all. I'd say with how busy they were, they did what they could to help & get orders out the best they could.“

“This should honestly be the Chipotle they feature in the ads. The building itself is really neat and the inside has this nice open concept that makes it feel a little different from your typical Chipotle.

I’ve never had a problem with the quality of the food here either. Everything has always been good, the staff is friendly, and it’s just been a consistently good experience every time I’ve come in.

I take my family here and we all love it. Definitely one of those locations that makes the whole brand look good.“

“05/29/26 PROS: AMAZING customer service from Wijet at the register, honestly most of our rating is thanks to him because he was so friendly, fast, accommodating, informative, patient, multitasking, and completely accurate. Good food if you know what and how to order, clean bathroom.

CONS: overpriced, too much mayo on their regular burgers, portion of sides way too small, you need a code for the bathroom.“

“Utilized the drive thur for a late night snack in a Friday night. Food was as expected. The young man working the drive thur window was friendly and initiated a conversation while waiting for our food. You don’t get friendliness nowadays, especially at fast food restaurants so was pleasantly surprised.“

“I wanna give a shout out to Dillon working in the front. I placed an order online for pick up and came to the wrong location. He didn’t even give me a hard time. He said I’ll make it here. I’ll let the other store know shout out and kudos to excellent customer service. The entire crew was hard-working and busy and made an exception for me. “I'm genuinely glad the Subway franchise at Notre Dame Blvd has officially closed. In my experience, it was one of the most inefficient and poorly managed Subway locations I have ever encountered. As a customer, the service was consistently slow. Even a quick stop often turned into a lengthy wait, making the overall experience disappointing.

This location however is exactly the opposite! Overall, this location reflected great management, excellent customer service, and an healthy workplace culture.“
