Upon arrival I was greeted as if I was being rushed to place my order by employee Sierra . I placed my order & my girlfriend had a special request for her order & upon receiving her food her needs were not met .. it was such a simple request so I don’t understand but besides that her overall attitude is just rude & hopefully she doesn’t have that attitude moving forward . Hopefully this review reaches her & she can be more professional
This is a family orientated restaurant for sure. Whether I place an order online or simply come in the Chico Location, their staff is amazing, so nice and friendly. We love this Chico KFC!Kid-friendliness: Options for kids are great, food is always good to perfection.

The gal working the drive thru was rude and seemed unhappy to be working . Ordered a lot of food including 6 chicken little sandwiches with no mayonnaise and 5 seemed to have extra mayo and one without. Pretty much a bad experience all around. Unfortunate that a once great brand could go so far down hill.
