I just went thru Drive thru for breakfast, on the Esplanade in Chico Ca., and we didnt get one of our items which was biscuits and gravy and the grilled cheese breakfast sandwhich wasnt even grilled. It was soggy bread. It looks like they tried to grill but didnt know how and the other slice was so soggy and not grilled at all. I didnt even eat it . Horrible service
