“Our sandwiches were exceptional. I could only eat 1/2 of mine, my husband gorged himself on his. We were not disappointed! We'll definitely go back.
My only gripe is that the chair backs and counter were sticky. They really needed to be wiped down with a damp rag. I wiped them with a dry rag that the cook gave me, which didn't do much good. Somebody should keep up with that.

If you’re lucky, you’ll make it there when they have a pork belly special. It will turn you. You won’t know what hit you. But you’ll spend the month dreaming about that sandwich. You think you took a nap, but really, you closed your eyes to re live the feel of that sandwich in your hands, and no one had to know that you woke up eating your pillow. “This is my first time here. Jordan and Martin did my sandwich and were very nice and the food was fresh and delicious! Also good quantity of meat unlike some competition. “I really like their food and eat there about once a week, BUT the service can really be hit or miss. I had a particularly frustrating experience this morning when I was the only one in the shop, waiting for a salad I'd ordered ahead online. I checked in when I arrived, said I was here for the salad and ordered something else while I waited. I got the second thing I ordered, but then I just sat and waited for twenty minutes before finally checking in again and asking when they thought the salad would be ready. Turns out they'd finished it and put it on the shelf without telling me. I mentioned I'd been sitting there waiting for a while and they didn't say anything. I would have at least appreciated an apology or an explanation about a miscommunication or something. I understand that things get busy, and stuff falls through the cracks, but when you have three staff, and one customer, this kind of stuff should not be happening. This was at the Forest location, but I've had similar experiences at Mangrove and Esplanade as well.“

“i normally go to the one on nord because is close to my home but I I was close to this subway on the way and was in a hurry and I’m very impressed with the young lady working their she is so fast and her service is so professional and so nice I was surprise because all the subways I go to the people always have a attitude and so unhappy and they make the most nasty sandwiches but this lady she is clean fast friendly I left her $5 tip I hope she is seen by her bosses , from know on I’ll be coming to this location“
