“Food was good. We had the chicken Bacon Ranch Pita w/ out the jalepeno ranch and used regular ranch instead. My order was forgotten but the lead made it right and gave me a free cookie. Also gave my husband a free cookie for his birthday so that was nice. Id go back food was worth it.“

“I really like their food and eat there about once a week, BUT the service can really be hit or miss. I had a particularly frustrating experience this morning when I was the only one in the shop, waiting for a salad I'd ordered ahead online. I checked in when I arrived, said I was here for the salad and ordered something else while I waited. I got the second thing I ordered, but then I just sat and waited for twenty minutes before finally checking in again and asking when they thought the salad would be ready. Turns out they'd finished it and put it on the shelf without telling me. I mentioned I'd been sitting there waiting for a while and they didn't say anything. I would have at least appreciated an apology or an explanation about a miscommunication or something. I understand that things get busy, and stuff falls through the cracks, but when you have three staff, and one customer, this kind of stuff should not be happening. This was at the Forest location, but I've had similar experiences at Mangrove and Esplanade as well.“

“The food is phenomenal here. Definitely worth the money. It's a little expensive but it's delicious. They've got lots of options. The atmosphere is not great. It's pretty drab, and a lot of the times the ice maker doesn't work, so there's no cold soda.
The bathroom is usually disgusting, but if you're taking it to go or just sitting at the tables it's okay, the walls are cute and the food is great.“

“Fast Eddie's NEVER disappoints! We are regular/return customers because there is not only amazing service but the choices for delicious sandwiches (and then some) are endless. Chico is lucky to have a place where the atmosphere is family friendly, the portions are legit, and somewhere we can find beyond reasonable prices for all we get! Mmmmm...“

“I've been coming to this Subway for the past five years, and it has always had amazing service, especially during the busy lunch rush. Since the new ownership took over, a lot has changed. The new crew a few months ago wasn't a great experience.
The one exception is Abby. I've seen her working here for years, and she has always been friendly, professional, and incredibly fast. It's really unfair that she's often the only employee working during the lunch rush. Even by herself, she does an amazing job serving customers quickly while staying kind and welcoming.
The owner should schedule more employees during the lunch hours. My son is in high school, and he says that last past years there were always 3 employees working during lunch, so students could get in and out quickly. He says last year was always one employee several times I really wish they had kept the previous staff. The young ladies and young man who worked here were always fast, friendly, and provided excellent service.“
